Everyone should have Economic, social and cultural rights, such as the right to education, the right to housing, the right to an agreeable standard of living and, the right to health.
The British government should have a legal duty to show consideration, keep safe and fulfil financial, social and societal rights and, should take progressive measures with consideration to their fulfilment.
Nonetheless, at this point in time, there is no automatic right to state benefits as the Human Rights Act does not incorporate what is recognised as socio-economic rights.
Why are labour inquiring if economic and social justice can be put into law?
If they were to achieve getting a foothold back onto the stairs of being chosen in by the people of Great Britain, then they can make it a rule, after all they are the powers that be, they make the laws as they desire after all the Tories have managed to that so far.

Maybe there should be a population charter that governs how many people should be in each country at one time and, when that country arrives at its maximum, then no more are allowed into that country, but they are allowed out to another country if they have the space. Once one country has enough space once again, then they can allow someone else in, provided they have followed the entry laws, which should be extremely stringent.
