Everyone should have Economic, social and cultural rights, such as the right to education, the right to housing, the right to an agreeable standard of living and, the right to health.
The British government should have a legal duty to show consideration, keep safe and fulfil financial, social and societal rights and, should take progressive measures with consideration to their fulfilment.
Nonetheless, at this point in time, there is no automatic right to state benefits as the Human Rights Act does not incorporate what is recognised as socio-economic rights.
Why are labour inquiring if economic and social justice can be put into law?
If they were to achieve getting a foothold back onto the stairs of being chosen in by the people of Great Britain, then they can make it a rule, after all they are the powers that be, they make the laws as they desire after all the Tories have managed to that so far.
If the Tories say that it’s a scrounger’s charter, helping skivers, then I object to that statement if it ever comes about, or anything similar to that.
Calling people of Britain scrounger’s and skivers is discriminatory against the poor and, the remarks of harassment and, one should not be discriminated on the grounds of penury.
The government has consistently resisted UN influence to include the International Covenant of Economic, Social and Cultural Rights into UK law 1998 and, moreover UK equality law does not specifically deal with poverty, which means the Commission can’t take anti-discrimination cases on poverty.
Emotions of distress by people and, their hopelessness at failing to be considered fairly were without question interpreted as hostility by staff and, frequently resulted in help being refused and, people who frequently live on the breadline are regularly regarded differently than what people are with higher social status.
The right to freedom from discrimination is a human right and, sets down the beliefs that people are equal and deserve equal rights and opportunities.
The right to freedom from discrimination is primarily relevant for groups that have been historically differentiated against and vulnerable groups, such as the right to freedom from prejudice, exclusion from all classes of race-related prejudice, removal from all forms of judgement against women and, the rights of persons with disabilities.
It is our human right to be treated the same simply because we are human beings and, should be perceived the same everywhere and, should be the same for everyone and, the doctrine of human rights should be an international practice.
Nonetheless, there should be definite regulations as to admission into different international countries, not because we are biased, but because some countries have less space.
Maybe there should be a population charter that governs how many people should be in each country at one time and, when that country arrives at its maximum, then no more are allowed into that country, but they are allowed out to another country if they have the space. Once one country has enough space once again, then they can allow someone else in, provided they have followed the entry laws, which should be extremely stringent.
