This is the horrifying scene of two people—a lady among them—being forcefully mugged in broad daylight at London’s Euston station. The victims were left splayed out on the ground.
The crime occurred a short distance from the busy Camden High Street when two males attacked a man and a lady at approximately seven in the morning. The attackers then fled in a white Audi.
Another woman, who appeared to be a friend of the mugging victims, watched on as crime rocked the capital.
Now grim footage has emerged of the two thugs brazenly hitting and kicking the pair on Eversholt Street in north London before seemingly running off with some of their belongings.
Each man attacks one victim during the mugging as shocked bystanders watch on and cars drive along the busy street in the capital.
One thug, wearing a black hoodie, violently attacks the male victim, who is wearing a light green hoodie and jeans, pressing him down on the pavement.
The assailant takes hold of the victim and throws him onto the road, kicking him hard in the face while a car passes by the scene without incident.
He then rips something away from his victim’s grasp before running away with it in his hand.
As the lady tries to crawl into the road, the other attacker—wearing a purple hoodie—seems to drag her—dressed all in black—back onto the pavement by her hair.
He then presses her head against the side of the road before she manages to push herself up out of his grasp and start pursuing the other thug.
But as she is running, the man who had been holding her down then pushes her strongly to the floor.
The woman stumbles heavily but gets to her feet before the same man pushes her down again.
A motorbike and a bus pass by while she lies in a vehicle parking area on the side of the busy road.
After that, the assailants got into their white Audi 4×4 and left, just missing the male victim who had strayed into the centre of the road.
Indistinct shouting is heard throughout but towards the end, a man can be heard saying ‘let’s go’.
The incident took place just yards away from London Euston station, one of the busiest transport hubs in the country, and Mornington Crescent Underground station.
