Machete-Wielding Men Storm London Nightclub

Two people were injured during an incident at Tabu nightclub in Mayfair, around the corner from the celeb favourite Annabel’s.

Police arrested one man at the scene and detained another three men in Hertfordshire later that night.

Photographs from the scene show officers outside the venue, with their vehicles parked nearby.

A Met Police spokesperson said: ‘Police were called at 3.11 am on Sunday, 30 March to a venue on Dover Street, W1 following reports of a disturbance and three people in possession of weapons.

‘Officers attended, and one man was arrested at the scene on suspicion of possession of an offensive weapon.

‘Following initial enquiries, three men were arrested in Hertfordshire in the early hours of this morning in connection with this investigation. All four men remain in custody.

‘At this time, it’s believed that this was an isolated incident.

‘Two people sustained injuries which are not life-changing.’

Police urged anybody with information to come forward.

UK News and Pictures, whose photographer took photographs of officers responding last night, said that a nearby venue manager witnessed the moment the men attempted to force their way in.

The unnamed worker said: ‘It was pure chaos. The men tried to charge the door with large blades. How anyone wasn’t hurt was just pure luck.

‘Our customers come out for a good evening, and they don’t expect to see something like this.’

Praising the swift response from police, he said: ‘The officers dealt with it very quickly, and we saw a number of people being arrested. It’s not good for business to have this kind of trouble, but thankfully the situation was brought under control.’

Metro has contacted Tabu for comment on the incident.

The club’s website describes it as ‘the home of Tokyo Nightlife, located in the heart of Mayfair’.

It adds that ‘for the best experience and the easiest way to gain access into our Tokyo-inspired universe, a table reservation is highly encouraged.’

So, this is what London and the entirety of the UK have come to. The place is a cesspit, and we appear to be living in a lawless society. There are no words for these people, and they don’t seem to care about anyone or anything.

These days, most cities and towns are like this.

There is no deterrent, and these juvenile kids have no respect.

My vision on life is pretty broad, therefore I like to address specific subjects that intrigue me. Therefore I really appreciate the world of politics, though I have no actual views on who I will vote for, that I will not tell you, so please do not ask! I am like an observation station when it comes to writing, and I simply take the news and make it my own. I have no expectations, I simply love to write, and I know this seems really odd, but I don't get paid for it, I really like what I do and since I am never under any pressure, I constantly find that I write much better, rather than being blanketed under masses of paperwork and articles that I am on a deadline to complete. The chances are, that whilst all other journalists are out there, ripping their hair out, attempting to get their articles completed, I'm simply rambling along at my convenience creating my perfect piece. I guess it must look pretty unpleasant to some of you that I work for nothing, perhaps even brutal. Perhaps I have an obvious disregard for authority, I have no idea, but I would sooner be working for myself, than under somebody else, excuse the pun! Small I maybe, but substantial I will become, eventually. My desk is the most chaotic mess, though surprisingly I know where everything is, and I think that I would be quite unsuited for a desk job. My views on matters vary and I am extremely open-minded to the stuff that I write about, but what I write about is the truth and getting it out there, because the people must be acquainted. Though I am quite entertained by what goes on in the world. My spotlight is mostly to do with politics, though I do write other material as well, but it's essentially politics that I am involved in, and I tend to concentrate my attention on that, however, information is essential. If you have information the possibilities are endless because you are only limited by your own imagination...
