Parents have been taking their children out of school for a few days during mass vaccination drives rather than have them take a live AstraZeneca nasal vaccine which they claim causes ‘shedding’.
In England, parents have started to receive invites for the annual NHS influenza (flu) vaccination programme for children.
Parents, alternative health activists, PTFA members and doctors told a newspaper outlet that there are some who were planning on taking their children out of school during these mass flu vaccination campaigns.
Some say they’re concerned that children ‘shed’ the virus for a few days after vaccination, leaving them and others exposed to the strains of the virus contained within the vaccine, which they differentiate from viruses encountered in a more natural manner.
Authorities say that the amount of virus shed is normally below the levels needed to pass on infection to others and the virus doesn’t normally survive for long outside the body.
The nasal flu vaccine used in the United Kingdom is an AstraZeneca product called Fluenz Tetra, known as FluMist in the United States, which contains live forms of flu virus to boost the immune system. It’s given as a spray squirted up each nostril.
In 2012, authorities recommended that the UK’s National Vaccination Programme for influenza be extended to include healthy children and adolescents aged two to 17 years and done through general practice and school pilot programmes.
Though 2022 was the first season where all children aged two through to 16 years old were offered the vaccine through a school delivery model, the vaccination is not compulsory.
According to NHS data, around half (51.7 per cent) of all school-aged children from Reception to Year 11 combined took it last year.
In September, Professor Kamila Hawthorne, chair of the Royal College of General Practitioners, said that having your child vaccinated against flu would help family doctors protect their patients most effectively and ensure that NHS services are available for those who need them most over the coming months.
She also said that getting your child vaccinated not only keeps them safe but all family members, particularly older grandparents and great-grandparents who may be vulnerable to the potentially dangerous complications of flu and the wider population.
However, some parents worry that vaccinated individuals ‘shed’ the virus, for instance, making people sick by being in contact with a recently vaccinated person.
How on earth did humanity ever survive prior to the introduction of flu vaccines I wonder?
Eventually, public health will be a thing of the distant past and it will be used politically, not scientifically. However, it will not be accepted because people aren’t as stupid as some people may think they are.
It seems that the Government is not to be trusted anymore and big pharma rules and looking back on the past three years of the pandemic, why are they amazed that parents are reluctant to get vaccinations?
There have been constant untruths perpetrated by the alphabet crew about the COVID-19 jabs and the overwhelming adverse events and deaths associated with them.
People were getting their jabs and still, they contracted COVID, not just once, but two or three times after being stabbed with a needle.
Informed consent must be upheld and the choice left to the parent, which should be honoured – Last I checked, we were still a Democratic Republic.
It seems that common sense has gone out of the window. Let parents be parents.
The Government said that excluding children from school during the time when the vaccine is being offered was not necessary. That’s okay then, because we all trust the Government these days, don’t we? I mean, they’ve never lied to us, have they?
