‘Bully’ Parking Firm Loses Legal Battle

A pensioner has landed a legal win after pointing out a ‘bully’ parking company, who tried to hit him with a £170 fine,  in fact owed him 10p.

Jim Hibbert, 85, had been for a spot of shopping at Middleton Shopping Centre in Greater Manchester when he used three 20p coins to pay for his 50p parking.

As he didn’t have the exact change to hand, the elderly man wasn’t pressed about losing out on 10p until a £100 Parking Charge Notice (PCN) – which would be reduced to £60 if paid within two weeks – landed on his doorstep.

Adamant he had overpaid Smart Parking, Mr Hibbert proved he had coughed up the cash for a parking ticket.

However, the parking firm then hit him with a reduced fine of £20 for providing the ‘incorrect vehicle registration’, which he denies doing.

However, when another letter from a debt recovery agency demanded £170, Mr Hibbert took matters to ‘give them a taste of their own medicine’ and decided to represent himself in court.

Months of preparation preceded the 85-year-old’s claim in Manchester County Court.

He argued they had become the ‘beneficiary of unjust enrichment’ and breached their contract by failing to adhere to its own signs.

The solicitors said Jim’s claim costs, made up of the 10p change, £4.96 in printing and postage costs and the £35 claim fee, were ‘spurious, opportunistic and an abuse of process’.

But before they were due to re-appear in court this August Jim scored a win, receiving a settlement offer of £40.06 for the change, printing costs and claim free.

The letter stated the company believed Jim’s claim was ‘hopeless and entirely misguided’ but decided to pay out ‘to avoid further wasted time and costs’.

Jim claimed the parking firm attempted to ‘bully and intimidate’ him into paying the bill, branding the fine as ‘extortion’.

‘I was polite in my letters but I thought they could get stuffed. I decided to give them a taste of their own medicine,’ he said.

‘The more they tried to bully and intimidate me, the more determined I became. It’s not a fine, it’s extortion.’

Jim described the whole experience as an ‘eye-opener’ but was left feeling ‘disappointed’ by the court process.

The pensioner said: ‘At the hearing, it was like the solicitor and the judge were friends.

‘I could hear them criticise me, disputing my printing costs and querying why I didn’t pay with a card or use RingGo.

Jim says his wife, Nita, who sadly died last year before his victorious result, was annoyed by the company when he received the fine.

MailOnline has approached Smart Parking for comment.

These people make millions from scams like these, but people pay up due to the threats and intimidation they receive, and the debt collection firms are even worse, and more often than not their ‘Code of Conduct’ is not in keeping with their fines and is just opportunistic.

It’s great to see this this injustice was resolved, although it should not have happened in the first place. Parking companies need better regulations because too many cases are occurring because of minor issues.

Only the police and councils can issue a ‘fine’ or use the word ‘penalty’. Private parking companies cannot do this. They can only issue an invoice, which they dress up to look like a ‘Penalty Charge Notice’. They are just cowboys who try to scare the public, and they’re out-and-out scammers.

Out of all of this, he described the judge and counsel slagging him off and conversing like friends, which disturbed me, and because of this, there is little hope of impartial justice, and I would imagine it goes on all the time – they all eat from the same trough!

Matthew Perry Was Injected With Ketamine By A Predatory Doctor

The doctor accused of supplying the ketamine that killed Matthew Perry realized the actor could die when he saw him ‘freeze up’ from an overdose just days before his death, prosecutors have claimed.

The Friends actor was ingesting large doses of the potent tranquillizer in the weeks before his death in October of last year. Although Dr. Salvador Plascencia was licensed to prescribe and administer it, he required assistance from another doctor to keep up with the patient’s intake.

Plascencia, 42, showed contempt for Perry as his dependency spiralled asking a crooked colleague ‘I wonder how much this moron will pay’, it is alleged.

But when the actor had a seizure after an overdose only 16 days before he passed away, he realised his life was in danger.

‘Let’s not do that again,’ he told Perry’s assistant nervously.

The startling information became public on Thursday when Plascencia and four other suspected co-conspirators were taken into custody as a result of a grand jury indictment.

Perry was found unresponsive in the hot tub of his LA home on October 28 by his live-in assistant Kenneth Iwamasa. His cause of death was later determined to be ‘the acute effects of ketamine’.

Iwamasa has since admitted being the one who administered the fatal doses to the actor, after being trained how to deliver them by Plascencia.

On October 4 Iwamasa reported that he had successfully injected Perry, noting that he ‘found the sweet spot but trying different places led to running out’ of ketamine.

The affidavit states that Iwamasa gave Perry 27 ketamine shots in only five days and that Perry spent $55,000 on ketamine provided by Plascencia in the two months before his death.

As Plascencia hurried to carry out Perry’s directions, San Diego physician Mark Chavez, 54, acknowledged stealing supplies from his clinic by writing fictitious prescriptions.

According to the documents, Plascenica once collaborated with Chavez to charge Perry $2,000 for a $12 vial of ketamine, as Perry grew more and more anxious to obtain the medication.

Iwamasa would relay Perry’s requests in coded language, referring to bottles of ketamine as ‘Dr Pepper’, ‘cans’, and ‘bots’ via encrypted messaging apps.

At one point he asked if he could pay with ‘something besides cash’ because ‘it’s hard to get to the bank on the fly with all that’s going on which happens so fast now.’

But the doctors struggled to keep up with demand and Iwamasa turned to a friend of the actor, Eric Fleming, 54, to source extra supplies.

He in turn went to Hollywood’s alleged ‘Ketamine Queen’ Jasveen Sangha, 41, telling Iwamasa ‘She only deals with high-end and celebs. If it were not great stuff she’d lose her business.’

Sangha sold dozens of vials of the drug to Iwamasa via Fleming and was so pleased with the size of his orders that she threw in some lollipops made of ketamine as an ‘add-on’.

But she was well aware of the drug’s risks, prosecutors claim, after allegedly selling it to client Cody McLaury, just hours before his overdose death in 2019.

‘The ketamine you sold my brother killed him,’ a furious relative told her in a text message. ‘It’s listed as the cause of death.’

Originally, Iwamasa had depended on Plascencia to provide injections to Perry during sessions that were typically held at Perry’s house.

But on October 10 the three men met at a car lot in Long Beach where Plascencia injected Perry inside a parked car.

After Perry’s almost deadly overdose two days later, Plascencia issued a warning, but before he left, he gave Iwamasa more bottles.

As the assistant’s expertise developed, Iwamasa was injecting Perry up to six times a day before finding him dead in his hot tub on October 28.

This level of detective work normally only happens for the rich and famous, but in this case, eliminating major suppliers helps the general public as well, and getting any drug dealer off the streets is a good thing, and if they’re selling to celebrities, then they’re probably selling to many other people as well.

The larger the supply the larger the supplier, and what was going on here behind the scenes is unbelievable, and these kinds of people are just degenerates and must be deeply disturbed.

Drugs are a big problem, wherever you go, or wherever you live, and it’s a very sad ending because many people just can’t cope with being on the earth’s plane and subconsciously have a death wish.

Individuals struggling with addiction never feel in control of anything and are easily manipulated due to their lack of cognitive ability. Without a doubt, these individuals exploited Matthew Perry!

‘Super Gonorrhoea’ Outbreak

Gonorrhoea cases have reached an all-time high due to growing concerns about an imported super strain that is becoming resistant to treatment.

The number of cases of gonorrhoea recorded in England in the year exceeded 85,000, the most since 1918.

Those who engage in condom-free sex with new or casual partners are advised to get tested by the UK Health Security Agency, which released the statistics.

It issued a warning that although most cases of the virus are easily treatable, many types are more difficult to eradicate due to their resistance to standard treatments.

Continued infection puts a person at risk of infertility.

A type that poses a ‘particular threat’ is ceftriaxone-resistant gonorrhoea, the UKHSA said.

Ceftriaxone is the ‘first line’ antibiotic used to treat gonorrhoea in England and so resistance to the drug can make treatment difficult, especially for gonorrhoea infections in the throat.

Between June 2022 and May 2024, 15 ceftriaxone-resistant gonorrhoea cases were detected in England, including five that were ‘extensively drug-resistant’, meaning resistant to both first- and second-line treatment options and to other antibiotics.

There have only been nine instances found in England overall up to 2022.

All identified cases to date have involved heterosexuals, the majority of whom are in their 20s, and the majority of whom contracted the virus overseas.

There has been limited transmission within England, but the UKHSA said the increasing number of cases in recent years is ‘concerning’ as it raises the chance of ‘wider spread and treatment challenges’.

Dr Helen Fifer, a consultant microbiologist at UKHSA, said: ‘Gonorrhoea is becoming increasingly resistant to antibiotics, risking the possibility of it becoming untreatable in the future.

Dr Helen Fifer, a consultant microbiologist at UKHSA, said: ‘Gonorrhoea is becoming increasingly resistant to antibiotics, risking the possibility of it becoming untreatable in the future.

‘Untreated gonorrhoea can lead to serious health issues, including pelvic inflammatory disease and infertility.

‘Condoms are the best defence, but if you didn’t use one with a recent new or casual partner, get tested to detect the infection and prevent onwards transmission.’

Professor Matt Phillips, president of the British Association for Sexual Health and HIV, said: ‘The rise of antibiotic-resistant gonorrhoea infections in England is a worrying trend that must be addressed with immediate action.

‘Antibiotic resistance of STIs poses an increasingly major public health threat, which can create physical and psychological harms and place additional demands on other parts of the NHS.

‘BASHH, alongside sector partners, has repeatedly called for a sexual health strategy for England; this must be a priority if our expert sexual health workforce are to effectively meet these growing and changing needs in sexual health.’

Meanwhile, syphilis rates continue to rise, according to the most recent UKHSA statistics.

People are not struggling to access contraception, such as condoms, there is no shortage of them and supermarkets and chemists are still open and they sell them quite regularly. This is about personal responsibility and self-control.

Just like all other diseases that were eradicated, they are now reappearing. However, STDs have never been fully eradicated, but it are preventable if people just follow safe sex. If they decide not to, then they reap what they sow.

Please use a condom, particularly if you feel the desire to have sex with more than one partner. It helps prevent the transmission of all STIs and being screened regularly allows you to live the healthiest possible life.

Katie Price’s £1.5 Million Mucky Mansion

Katie Price’s ‘Mucky Mansion’ has been sold just weeks after the former glamour model was evicted by bailiffs for failing to keep up on her mortgage payments.

The expansive estate, which was left in a horrible state with the 10-acre grounds overgrown and the swimming pool water turning green, was listed for £1.5 million.

Before it could be put up for sale, trash mounds and abandoned cars had to be cleared out by cleaners.

Due to her continuous bankruptcy issues, Price was unable to make mortgage payments on the house near Horsham, West Sussex.

She sought to renovate the mansion, which she had purchased for £1.35 million from former Conservative peer Francis Maude, and it was featured in a Channel Four series.

After skipping a court hearing on her repeated failure to pay £750,000 to the tax man, the 46-year-old was detained at Heathrow Airport last week upon her return from Turkey, where she had her sixth facelift.

When she appeared before a judge at the Royal Court of Justice the next day, she consented to turn over all papers about her earnings and attend a public examination of her finances.

The judge threatened to jail Price if she did not show up in person or via video connection for the hearing on August 27 and cautioned her not to take a vacation.

Bailiffs evicted Price from the 1930s-built property in May with the cosmetically enhanced personality saying the home, which she bought in 2014, was cursed.

She has moved into a £5,000 a month rented home in the same West Sussex area with her five children.

Talking about Mucky Mansion she said: ‘I’ve had nothing but bad memories in that house’, and insisted moving would be the start of a new chapter in her life.

Contract cleaners were brought in to clear away the piles of rubbish and spruce up the property before it was put on the market.

In its marketing, the estate agents described it as offering ‘the potential to become an ‘impressive family house’ for prospective buyers.

The advert did not mention the home’s former owner.

It says: ‘A substantial detached family home including three reception rooms, nine bedrooms and four bath/shower rooms spread over three floors plus a one-bedroom annexe.’

‘Offering the opportunity for refurbishment to potentially create an impressive family house with mature grounds including potential reinstatement of the tennis court and swimming pool and enhancements of the paddock and land.’

Even in that situation, the property and home are relatively inexpensive, and with enough cash and care, the house might be restored to its former splendour.

Someone with flair and refinement will look great living in this house. It’s a lovely area of England; good luck to the new owners.

However, this woman has money hidden somewhere, otherwise, how is she going to afford £5,000 a month on a rental?

It’s also important to know that in this sort of situation, any reasonable price is a good price, no pun intended.

If Joe Blogs owed the tax man half of that, he would be going to prison. How does she get away with moving to a £5,000 a month home and still go about life like nothing is wrong, something fishy there!

There’s more! The most disturbing of them is perhaps Katie Price’s child abuse incident, which serves as an illustration of a dysfunctional family.

Katie Price poses a risk not just to herself but also to her children in light of the extremely unpleasant and frightening information.

She received support from West Sussex Children’s Services and its Social Worker Lynne Rickwood, who was later fired for taking on the role of nanny for Katie Price’s kids.

Not only have these children been exposed to depraved and unspeakable acts, they’ve been sexualised and exploited for financial reward both for Katie Price, and her friend in the media.

There have been allegations of incest involving the children of Katie Price, and she has a troubling history of coaching her children to make false allegations against other partners and their children. There have also been serious allegations in court documents about the children’s welfare in the household, disturbing behaviour, and age-inappropriate activity such as bed sharing with adults.

Social Services took no action despite one of the children not attending school since November 2022, and Price failed Local Authority drug tests for three months while still being the primary carer for the children and also denied access to their fathers. She tested positive for cocaine.

Price has a long history of abusing drugs and alcohol, as well as of driving while intoxicated and totalling her vehicle, and in shocking acts of depravity, some children are reported to have witnessed their mother having sex in front of them with other men on holiday, including oral sex and her exposing her vagina to them after sex.

She is an unfit mother, and that isn’t going to change.

An 11-Year-Old Girl And Her Mother, 34, Are Stabbed In Leicester Square

This is the moment a ‘knifeman’ was arrested after a schoolgirl and her mother were attacked in Leicester Square.

The 11-year-old girl was being attacked by a knifeman when the shop security guard rushed to save her.

Following the incident in the popular tourist destination on Monday, the Metropolitan Police reported that a man, 32, who was believed to be the only suspect, had been taken into custody.

The guard, who gave his name as Abdullah, 29, and works at TWG Tea shop in the square, said: ‘I heard a scream, at that moment I saw there was one person, roughly [in their] mid-30s or early 30s, and he was like stabbing a kid.

‘I jumped on him, held the hand in which he was [carrying] a knife, and just put him down on the floor and just held him and took the knife away from him.

‘Then a couple of more people joined as well, and we just held him until the police came, it took maybe three to four minutes for the police to arrive and then they just took him into custody.’

Following the incident, police announced that two victims—an 11-year-old girl and her 34-year-old mother—had been rushed to a major trauma centre.

The girl was seriously injured and will require hospital treatment but her condition is not life-threatening, while her mother suffered more minor injuries, police said.

It also said there was no indication the incident had anything to do with terrorism.

It’s unlikely that the victims knew the man.

Before the police arrived, Abdullah and his colleagues administered first aid to the child. He added that he was unsure if the girl was with family at the time.

‘I just saw a kid getting stabbed and I just tried to save her. It’s my duty to just save them,’ he said.

The square and the surrounding area attract an estimated 2.5 million visitors every week and are home to shops, theatres, cinemas and restaurants.

The double doors of the TWG Tea store, which is located in front of the M&M store and next to the Lego store, were surrounded by a police cordon that was used to contain the crime scene.

In a statement, police said: ‘Officers are at the scene of a stabbing in Leicester Square.

‘A man has been arrested and is in custody.

‘We don’t believe there are any outstanding suspects.

‘Two victims, an 11-year-old girl and a 34-year-old woman, have been taken to hospital and we await an update on their condition.’

This was a very brave security guard. He was very courageous and went above and beyond to help these people, and the situation could have been far worse if not for his quick reaction. I hope these two victims make a remarkable recovery. We should all stay safe and vigilant, especially with this scourge of knife crime, and to think, Labour wants early release for criminals.

You can’t even walk the streets in safety in our country anymore, so cheers for that to our government past and present.

Knife crime in London has become a policing failure. People are being stabbed and shot on the streets of London, and our government should be listening instead of putting their heads in the sand. Westminster has lost the plot and is soft in the head when it comes to knife and gun crime, and our country has gone barking mad.

Lawlessness is unfortunately common in our streets these days, but I don’t think Keir Starmer is on the case, even though he ought to be. On that one, I’m not exactly bursting with confidence.

‘Brutal’ Arrest Video Shows Police Punching And Kicking Teen Carrying Knife Off E-Bike

Police officers tackled a 16-year-old boy ‘carrying a knife’ to the ground and ‘punched and kicked’ him in a ‘brutal’ arrest video.

Five officers rush towards the hooded teen as he pedals along on his e-bike in Heald Green, Stockport, and pull him to the ground before clambering on top of him.

In the CCTV footage, they can be seen trying to handcuff him by pining him to the ground and putting his arms behind his back.

One officer appears to punch the teen as he struggles before another walks up behind him and lashes out with a kick.

Greater Manchester Police officers had earlier attempted to search the boy but he refused to stop.

A knife and balaclava were seized during the arrest on August 7.

The boy’s shocked mother had to take her son to A&E so he could receive treatment for injuries to his face.

She has since lodged a complaint to Greater Manchester Police and described the arrest as ‘brutal’ saying: ‘When I saw the CCTV, the utmost trust I have in the law broke inside me.’

Because of concerns about planned unrest, a Section 60 order granting police more authority to stop and search individuals was in effect in the region at the time.

It came on a night when police up and down the country were preparing for more than 100 planned protests after a list of 39 locations emerged on what appeared to be far-right Telegram channels.

The supposed riots would never materialise with tens of thousands of counter-protesters coming out in force to silence the thugs in a show of love over hate.

The force’s Professional Standards Directorate is presently reviewing the video, which was obtained by the Manchester Evening News.

The teen’s mother, who wished to be anonymous, told the newspaper:  ‘How can they justify this many grown men on my son? It’s really shaken me.

‘He was wrong, but instinct meant he tried to get away. I saw his face was bleeding when I got there.’

She added: ‘What was the need for this violence? Every time that video is watched, I see something new. All of that happens in two minutes.

‘Nothing excuses the level of violence.’

A spokesperson for Greater Manchester Police told the MEN: ‘Our Professional Standards Directorate is reviewing a video circulating on social media where officers are seen detaining a 16-year-old boy in Heald Green on Wednesday 7th August.

‘There was an increase in police presence in the vicinity after a section 60 stop and search authority was authorised due to information surrounding potential for planned disorder in the local area that day.

‘With these temporary additional powers, officers can stop and search anyone within a specific time frame in a specified area.

‘A teenager riding an electric bike failed to stop and was apprehended after he made away from officers who attempted to stop and search him moments before.

‘A knife and balaclava were seized, along with the e-bike, and the rider will be questioned by police as part of our investigation.’

For additional information, MailOnline has reached out to Greater Manchester Police.

The police undoubtedly still have a duty of care, even though the adolescent fought arrest and carried a knife and balaclava. It was improper for the police to kick and punch their suspect, and there were more effective means to bring him to justice.

It seems the normal thing to do these days, and carrying a knife and wearing a balaclava is one of them. At the end of the day, this lad was carrying an offensive weapon. He was probably doing it to look cool to his mates, but this lad could have easily hurt someone. The police were well within their rights to apprehend him. He ran away because he was scared, but kicking and punching him was not the way to deal with this.

The lad was probably up to no good, otherwise, why would he have a knife? The trouble is our laws need updating now because our legal system is very out of touch with things, especially the crimes that are happening now!

UK High Streets Are Booming

Police have stated that drug gangs are taking advantage of the high street’s deterioration by occupying vacant shopfronts to cultivate cannabis illegally.

According to the National Police Chiefs’ Council, vacant pubs, office buildings, cafes, and nightclubs in town centres are being targeted by the gangs for their operations.

Before being raided by Gwent Police, over 3,000 cannabis plants worth an estimated £2 million were grown in a former department shop in Newport, South Wales.

Chief Constable Richard Lewis, the NPCC national lead on drugs, said commercial properties provided an attractive option for criminals, as there is ‘lack of activity’ on high streets at night.

He warned that the crackdown is also coming for landlords, estate agents and tradespeople who ‘turn a blind eye.’

CC Lewis told the BBC: ‘Large-scale shops have closed down and therefore the footprint to produce cannabis on a larger scale becomes available,’ adding that the lack of activity in town centres at night was also a factor.

‘Neighbours in residential properties would notice things more readily.’

A £920,000 cannabis farm was discovered during a massive raid on an abandoned toy shop in Ayr, Scotland, in February.

Authorities have urged people to come forward if they see anything suspicious on their high street, such as taped-up windows, bright lights shining, or people camping outside, as it gets too hot to stay in the building.

In Newport, the council and the force have worked together to set up a database of buildings that might be vulnerable to use by gangs.

The police have also prosecuted landlords who ‘may be turning a blind eye, as well as estate agents, electricians, and other tradespeople’.

Lewis continued: ‘We’ve also prosecuted landlords of these places who at best may be turning a blind eye to what’s happening.

‘We’ve seen prosecutions of estate agents, electricians, and people who have facilitated this trade.

‘Of course, most of our tradespeople in the UK do a great job but there are those small minority people who do undertake these types of activities, and we do prosecute them.’

In June this year, a dramatic raid was carried out on a derelict sweet shop in Droitwich, northern Worcestershire where police discovered 600 cannabis plants, worth an estimated half a million.

In January, cannabis growing activities were found at the former County Times newspaper offices in Welshpool, Powys, and an old HSBC bank within a day of one another.

What our government should do is legalise it, and at least get the benefits from the business they would have created, as other countries have already done. Why is it we have to be the last to sign up for every new idea? We are no different from other people in other countries that have approved its use.

Countries that have legalised it reap billions each year. Also, crime rates would drop because there wouldn’t need to be any runners anymore, especially if like in places like Amsterdam it could be bought from shops or cafes. It would also boost medical improvements for people who use it for medical use and medicines like Morphine and Codeine would be used less. Let’s face it, man-made opioids are far more dangerous than cannabis.

Consider the additional income generated by legal stores, in addition to the police resources expended on detaining individuals for possessing tiny quantities for personal use.

They are not introducing anything new; rather, I am speaking about the legalisation of something that already exists.

In terms of contributing to mental health issues, alcohol is significantly more common than marijuana, and it kills hundreds of people every day. However, since drinking is socially acceptable while smoking marijuana is not, this is acceptable.

Tourist Is Infuriated By Katie Price

A disgruntled tourist has taken aim at Katie Price, saying the star ruined their stay at a five-star hotel in Turkey.

A disgruntled tourist has taken aim at Katie Price, saying the star ruined their stay at a five-star hotel in Turkey.

Holidaygoers said they were unable to relax when Katie arrived because they were so shocked by her appearance.

One tourist slammed the television personality for using the pool with ‘staples holding their scalp on and incisions weeping with pus’ in a review on Trip Advisor.

Katie returned to the UK on Thursday evening where she was arrested at Heathrow after failing to attend a court bankruptcy hearing.

Earlier this week, Katie was pictured at the hotel looking bruised and bloodied with surgical tape held taut on the side of her face with wounds by her ears visible.

The two-star review read: ‘We’re here at the moment and couldn’t fault this wonderful hotel until an infamous British celebrity and her entourage arrived and our opinion changed dramatically.

‘Who wants to relax and dine at a hotel looking at someone with blood all over their face, staples holding their scalp on and incisions weeping with pus?

‘Oh, and she used the swimming pool as well… I’m not sure this hotel should be used as a recovery facility for plastic surgery.

‘It’s certainly put me off both visiting again and recommending it to anyone.’

Katie’s reps have been approached by MailOnline for comment.

Katie was arrested upon her arrival in the UK at Heathrow Airport.

Pictures showed her being taken away in a police van with her head covered in bandages and black tape after the surgery.

She will be remanded in custody and appear in court on Friday.

After Katie was arrested, her boyfriend JJ Slater—who had also travelled to Turkey with her and her 22-year-old son Harvey—had to pick up her belongings.

Confirming her arrest, a Metropolitan Police spokesperson told MailOnline: ‘A 46-year-old woman from Surrey was arrested at Heathrow Airport at 7.45hrs on Thursday, 8 August for failing to appear at court.

‘She has been remanded in custody at a west London police station to appear at the Royal Courts of Justice tomorrow, Friday, 9 August.’

The TV star was aware she would be detained at the airport but had asked police that they ‘allow some dignity and protection’ for Harvey claiming it would be ‘extremely disturbing for him to see’.

After failing to show up in court last Tuesday to appear before a judge for her £760,000 bankruptcy case, Katie had earlier in the day admitted that she would be detained.

Using a public swimming pool with open wounds after surgery is a big infection risk, and how is she affording trips abroad and 10K surgery if she was trying to make herself bankrupt, perhaps her surgery should have been spent on therapy instead, and I mean that in the kindest way possible.

While I acknowledge that she was declaring bankruptcy, doesn’t it imply that she lacked the money to travel abroad and undergo cosmetic surgery? This woman is repulsive and egotistical!

Thinking of Katie Price being detained did make me chuckle. Let’s face it, she’s dodged the law for years.

Katie Price went to Turkey knowing perfectly well that she would miss her court date, and was probably told so by her solicitor if she even has one. She took her son Harvey with her, I’m guessing that once she landed back in the UK the police wouldn’t arrest her while Harvey was with her, but the police have a job to do, and they have to follow procedures.

A 13-Year-Old Schoolgirl Died After Costa Coffee Served Her Hot Chocolate With Milk

Next week, an inquest concerning the circumstances surrounding a possible allergic response to a Costa Coffee drink will get underway about the death of 13-year-old Hannah Jacobs.

On February 8 of last year, Hannah, an East London resident from Barking, passed away following what appeared to be an allergic response to a hot chocolate drink.

Before leaving for a dentist appointment, her mother got Hannah and herself got a hot chocolate from their neighbourhood Costa.

Since her diagnosis as a toddler, Hannah’s family has successfully managed her severe allergies to dairy, eggs, fish, and wheat throughout her life.

Hannah’s mother disclosed her daughter’s dairy sensitivity to the barista, according to the law firm Leigh Day.

However, Hannah informed her mother right away that the beverage wasn’t made with soy milk as soon as she tasted it at the dentist’s office’s waiting area.

The pair then rushed to a nearby pharmacy to ask for help where staff gave Hannah an EpiPen, an emergency treatment designed to combat a life-threatening allergic reaction.

But, despite this and an ambulance crew arriving shortly afterwards to take her to hospital, resuscitation attempts were unsuccessful.

Hannah was declared dead at 1 pm that day.

The inquest will be held at East London Coroner’s Court on Monday.

It is expected to last a week and will examine how Hannah died through the testimony of 11 witnesses and experts.

A request for comment has been made to Costa Coffee.

Her devastated family have released a heartbreaking picture of Hannah.

In it, she is seen with a beaming smile, holding huge gold and bronze birthday balloons in the shape of the numbers ‘1’ and ‘3’.

She is wearing a lilac sash and pinned to her pretty white printed dress is an extra-large badge with the number ’13’ on it.

According to experts, each year in Britain, allergic reactions to food cause 10 deaths and 5,000 hospital admissions for severe cases.

According to recent government statistics, 2.4 million persons in the UK may have a food allergy, and over the past 20 years, hospital admissions for severe responses have more than tripled.

Allergies can cause a variety of symptoms, but the most deadly is anaphylaxis, a dangerous inflammation of the airways.

This can make it hard and even impossible to breathe and can cause the body to go into a cardiac emergency like a cardiac arrest due to a lack of oxygen.

Many people have serious reactions to different things who have to use an EpiPen, however, an EpiPen doesn’t always save them.

People who carry an EpiPen normally have two on them and then have to call 999 immediately.

Sadly, we have to rely on and trust people who work in these places, and when it comes down to it, you’re trusting them with your life, especially if you have serious allergies, but the only people who should be preparing your food and drink from scratch is YOU!

However, eateries and bars ought to be able to accommodate dietary requirements and make sure that their employees are trained to use the appropriate products.

Unfortunately, we can’t be attached to our children’s hips 24/7, especially as they get older, and for a parent, it can be incredibly scary.

Someone with Anaphylaxsis can’t NOT just go out, or live their life on edge where they can’t enjoy something as simple as a drink.

While I am sure Costa is deeply sorry for what happened, and the person who was the server will never forget for the rest of their lives, this is undoubtedly a very sad case. However, a lot of cross-contamination occurs in these places, which can make some people very ill.

Far-Right Yobs Plan To Attack Immigration-Related Services Across The Country Tomorrow

Police have been alerted to reports that far-right agitators want to attack numerous immigration-related locations across the nation tomorrow night.

A group connected to last week’s unrest in Southport shared a list of 39 immigration centres, businesses, and law firms on social media.

The group, with 13,000 followers, encouraged supporters to ‘mask up’ and ‘spread this as far and wide as you can’.

The anonymous user who posted the addresses said they should be targeted simultaneously on Wednesday.

The plot was revealed as far-right activists and anti-racist protesters came face-to-face in Plymouth as beer bottles, flares, and a crutch were thrown through the air.

Police in riot gear attempted to push back demonstrators and detained a man on the ground as protesters launched missiles and fireworks at a counter-demonstration where people held signs stating ‘No Place for Hate’ and ‘Say No to Nazis’.

Inspector Ryan Northmore described the disorder as ‘sustained violence’. Speaking to Sky News, the bronze commander with Devon and Cornwall Police said, ‘This is not a protest any more. In my opinion, this is violence.

‘This is sustained violence. Unfortunately, large masonry was thrown at us. Whether it was aimed at us, or others, or opposing groups, we don’t know yet. The investigation will identify that.’

According to Sky News, three officers suffered injuries.

In Burnley, three gravestones in the Muslim section of the town’s cemetery were vandalised with grey paint.

A Sky News reporter giving a live report on a developing standoff between far-right thugs and masked locals in Birmingham was interrupted by a protester on a motorbike who swore and made rude gestures at the camera.

As Becky Johnson delivered a live report to anchorman Mark Austin the biker rode up to her and shouted: ‘Yo, free Palestine, f*** the EDL [English Defence League]’.

The plot to attack targets across the country tomorrow was revealed by Tell MAMA, a charity which monitors anti-Muslim hate.

It said it had identified the ‘far-Right threats’ and alerted ‘police and counter-terrorism’.

The charity added: ‘Tell MAMA has also alerted counter-terror police to various neo-Nazi Telegram channels distributing terrorist materials.’

The Telegram group where the list was circulated was named by campaigners from Hope Not Hate as an instigator of the Southport riots. Hope Not Hate says the group was used to post false information about the stabbing spree in Southport and publicised the location of the local mosque.

Isn’t it interesting that our government can afford to house these people in nice hotels, but they can’t afford to keep the winter fuel allowance for the elderly?

While they wait to learn whether they will be granted refuge, asylum applicants can request shelter and financial support for themselves and their families.

This also means their children will be able to go to a free state school and may get free healthcare from the NHS.

Those who have been denied asylum and are getting ready to leave the UK are still eligible to ask for emergency assistance.

As asylum seekers, they are entitled to request housing, financial assistance, or both. This means they will be given somewhere to live if they need it. This could be in a flat, house, hostel or bed and breakfast.

They usually get £49.18 for each person in their household. This helps pay for things like food, clothing and toiletries, and their allowance is loaded onto a debit card (ASPEN card) each week.

If their accommodation provides meals then they will get £8.86 for each person in their household instead.

If they’ve been refused asylum but are still eligible for support they will be given somewhere to live, and £49.18 per person on a payment card for food, clothing and toiletries, or £8.86 per person if their accommodation provides their meals. They will not be given a payment card if they do not take the offer of somewhere to live, or any money.

Mothers and small children receive additional funding, which they can use to purchase nutritious food if they are expecting or are the mother of a child who is three years old or less.

They can also apply for a one-off £300 maternity payment if your baby is due in 11 weeks or less, or if the baby is under 6 months old.

They might even get free NHS for healthcare, such as to see a doctor or get hospital treatment, this includes free prescriptions for medicine, free dental care for their teeth, free eyesight tests and help paying for glasses, and this is why people are getting angry.

What it boils down to is that the rich and elite have the poor fighting each other, and yet do you realise how much our government make from us? And now, they’re stealing pensioners’ winter heating allowance.
