There’s A New Mutant Strain Of COVID, Known As Kraken, That Has Arrived In Australia, Which Is The Most Transmissible Strain To Date

The most virulent form of COVID seen in the three years since the pandemic started was detected in Australia before Christmas.

New South Wales Health confirmed in a statement Thursday morning that a tiny number of cases of the rogue XBB.1.5 subvariant were picked up in the two weeks prior to December 24.

While there were no signs, the latest strain, nicknamed ‘the kraken’ is any worse than recent versions of COVID, there are fears that are emerging that it might serve as a gateway to a more dangerous subvariant.

The thought is, the more infections that ensue, the more opportunities the virus has to mutate and evolve.

In all 59,652 people in NSW were diagnosed with COVID-19 in the two weeks to 31 December 2022 in NSW, which was a decline in cases.

While the BR.2 sub-variant was the most typically found in new cases, XBB.1.5 was present after taking hold in the United States and emerging in Britain.

The department announced that NSW Health continues to observe occurring sub-variants including XBB.1.5, of which there have been a small number of detections in the two weeks to 24 December 2022.

XBB.1.5 is another spinoff of Omicron and has already taken hold in the US where it’s thought to be behind roughly 70 per cent of new infections in the worst impacted regions.

It has also been picked up in Britain and across Europe, in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain, Ireland and in Singapore and India.

But XBB.1.5 seems to be just as mild as its ancestor Omicron and its variants.

A University of Sydney infectious diseases expert, Professor Robert Booy, said Australia’s high vaccination rate combined with natural immunity should protect most people.

He told Sky News that their vaccines probably do protect against it and they shouldn’t be unduly concerned although he’s named it ‘extra bad boy’ but that was just a way of remembering the name XBB.1.5.

He said it’s more virulent, more active, young and able to get around but that it was more severe, not more infectious, and it’s not more likely to put you in the hospital, and there’s early concern about the new subvariant based on how it’s presently surging in the US and Europe.

Dr Maria Van Kerkhove, WHO’s the technical leader for COVID, told a press conference on Wednesday that they were worried about its growth advantage in particular in some countries in Europe and in the US, especially the Northeast part of the United States, where XBB.1.5 has rapidly replaced other circulating variants.

Well, there will be many that won’t be wearing a mask or taking a test, and they’ll be telling them to peace off.

And every variant that we’ve had has been more transmissible than the other – now this variant is the most transmissible. How much more contagious does it have to get before it gets any more transmissible?

In most cases, people die of all manner of ailments, but then when COVID came along they were just registered as a COVID death, whether someone died of that or not, it was simply put on the death certificate to terrorise people so that they would yield with what the Governments told them to do.

And all that this most recent propaganda will do is prompt the uninformed into accepting yet another evil jab, with each booster boosting the possibility of cardiac arrest, strokes, turbo cancer, you name it!

Harry Claims William And Kate Told Him To Wear A Nazi Uniform – And Is Angry They Avoided Blame For The 2005 Scandal

Prince Harry has blamed Prince William and sister-in-law Kate Middleton for his notorious appearance at a costume party sporting a Nazi uniform in 2005.

The Duke of Sussex said in his new memoir – where he’s expected to describe resigning from royal responsibilities along with his wife Meghan Markle – they both thought it was amusing.

Harry claims he was considering either the Nazi livery or a pilot’s outfit for a ‘Native and Colonial’ themed event and called his brother and sister-in-law for their opinion.

According to Harry he called William and Kate and asked what they thought, and they both howled that it was worse than Willy’s leotard ensemble, way more absurd, which again was the point.

The outfit became a massive disgrace when Harry, then 20, was snapped sporting the Nazi regalia.

The story made international headlines after a picture of then-20-year-old Harry in uniform was featured on the front page of a newspaper outlet.

The Duke of Sussex wore the Nazi uniform at a bash thrown by Olympic show jumper Richard Meade.

The theme of the event held to celebrate the birthday of Richard Mead’s son Harry was native and colonial.

Richard Mead’s son Harry sported a desert uniform of General Erwin Rommel’s Afrika Korps. Earlier in the evening he’d worn an army-style jacket with a German banner on the arm.

Harry had arrived with his elder brother Prince William, who reportedly dressed in a skin-tight black leotard with a leopardskin print and a matching leopardskin tail and paws.

One guest told a newspaper outlet that if this was his idea of a joke then it went down like a lead balloon.

Harry issued a grovelling apology soon after the picture was publicised.

He said he was extremely sorry if he’d caused any offence or embarrassment to anyone and that it was a poor choice of ensemble and he apologised.

Harry had previously addressed the incident in his new Netflix series that dressing as a Nazi was one of the biggest blunders of his life.

Although Harry was an adult and he made the choice, he could have just taken another dress option but decided not to, and it was an appalling choice, but some of us in our teens make terrible choices, he’s not foolproof, he’s a human being.

But then if his brother told him to leap off a bridge, would he have done it? Of course, he wouldn’t have!

Harry had the best schooling money could buy, yet he had to ask his brother whether he should wear a Nazi uniform to a fancy dress party. He was 20 years old, not 12 years old, but then, let’s face it, even some 20-year-olds still act like they’re only 12 years old, and clearly, Harry never paid any attention in his history lessons or for any other for that matter.

The problem with running to the press and Netflix just shows Harry’s jealousy towards his brother William who will one day inherit the family business, and numerous people believe that Harry would make an extremely unsuitable King anyhow, although, on the other hand, he does appear to have some very useful skills to become a King.

Users Of Samsung Phones Are Left With Nothing But Blank Screens After A Catastrophic Tech Update

Samsung users are being warned to avoid updating the software on their phones after thousands of Aussies were left with nothing but a blank screen.

Problems are mounting around Samsungs latest routine update as smartphone owners said their phone was wiped moments after running the software.

Furious customers lined the streets outside Samsung’s customer service centre in Adelaide on Tuesday demanding their phones be fixed.

The faulty update has phones stuck at the start-up screen displaying the Samsung insignia and the only way to resolve the glitch is a factory reset.

A factory reset means any invaluable pictures, contacts, work and data not backed up will be wiped from the device and lost for good.

One unhappy Samsung user had been locked out of her phone since New Year’s Day as service centres were closed over the extended weekend.

She told 7News that on New Year’s Day, she woke up and it said that an update was available, so foolishly she did the update and all she got was a blank Samsung screen.

She said she’s lost a lot of pictures, mainly of her grandchildren and contacts, and that she would have to hunt down all her contacts again.

Another upset Samsung customer said she’s lost a year’s worth of memories after mistakenly updating the software on her phone, and not being super tech savvy, unfortunately, she didn’t back anything up, so now she’s lost all of her 2022 pictures because she takes everything on her phone.

Tech specialist Richard Pascoe said the software error was the worst timing for the technology colossus, and that Samsung would be guttered by this.

He said that they’re expecting a brand new Samsung premium phone to come out and when these sorts of things happen people lose confidence in that brand.

Mr Pascoe urged Samsung users to hold off from updating their devices until the tech giant is confident the fault has been corrected.

Samsung Australia told a newspaper outlet it’s aware of the problem and is working towards a solution, and claimed only Samsung users in South Australia were affected.

Samsung said that they’ve received reports from customers of a problem when updating their phones and that at this time, these reports are from customers based in South Australia only, and that they’re continuing to investigate the matter.

Never do updates straight away – on your computer, phone et cetera. So many things can go wrong and then companies scramble to fix them.

Leading edge software is called Bleeding Edge for a reason and you should always back up your data, although numerous people don’t, and it makes you think that this could occur at any time and then it would hurl humanity into disarray because people are so dependent on it.

Doesn’t Samsung trial these updates on test phones before releasing them to the public, and if not, why not?

This is disgraceful on Samsung’s part. You’re told to keep your phone updated but when you do, you get punished for it. It’s true though, you should always back up your phone, and I feel sad for those that didn’t, and I’m sure for numerous Samsung customers it’s left a bitter taste in their mouth and they probably won’t buy a Samsung product again.

Strikes On Trains Will Put A Generation Of Passengers Off The Railways FOREVER, Unions Warn

A generation of passengers will be put off the railways forever by ongoing train walkouts, unions have been warned, as they ready for another five-day strike.

The journeys of millions of people will be hit this week as militant rail unions launch yet more walkouts that are set to create the worst disruption in three decades.

Thousands of employees from the Rail, Maritime and Transport (RMT) and ASLEF unions will hold industrial action that will see around 80,000 services withdrawn in the next five days.

However, some enterprising people have said it was a chance to gradually bed themselves back into their jobs after the Christmas holiday by working from home.

One Government source told a newspaper outlet the continuous industrial action was a massive show of self-harm by the unions.

They said that a generation of passengers would just write off the railways and that they were talking about permanent scarring, and the longer the walkouts continue, the greater the risk.

On Monday RMT general secretary Mick Lynch accused the Government of blocking a deal and said there had been unprecedented ministerial interference to stop train companies in negotiations.

Tory MP Greg Smith, who sits on the Transport Select Committee, told a newspaper outlet that the unions needed to accept a reasonable deal to get Britain away from strike-led decline.

This is despite reports that striking workers may be given more bonuses such as increased holiday allowances, pension benefits and rewards to end the ongoing industrial action.

The five days of delays will start on Tuesday and cause misery and havoc for people returning to work after the Christmas holiday, with many expected to find it impossible to get into the office.

However, this was met with delight from some workers, who were celebrating the idea of an extended spell of working from home.

One Twitter user wrote that they were back to work, but the train strikes meant that they should have a relatively relaxed first week back working from home.

Another added that at least the train strikes meant that they were working from home.

The RMT union, which represents thousands of workers including signallers and station staff, would strike on Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday.

Aslef, which represents drivers, will strike on Thursday, despite some of their employees receiving a 28.5 per cent pay rise in 2017.

By the looks of it, the railways are going to go the same way as the British car industry, which will be killed off by the unions, and numerous train company staff still believe they work in the public sector and treat paying customers with disdain, and their toxic mindset needs to change, and they need to give us the customer service that we’re paying for.

There will be many people that won’t be returning to their daily commute with many companies that are fine with their employees working from home. I mean, what would you rather do? Waste 60 minutes or more on a packed train. Of course, you wouldn’t and your bank balance would look much better as well because you wouldn’t have to shell out all that cash on train prices, and what all these strikes are doing is solidifying the position of office employees as to why they don’t need to return to big city offices anymore.

It’s simple, the train unions are digging their own graves and they’re driving customers away who now have a choice whether to use this substandard service or not.

Martina Navratilova, 66, Has Been Diagnosed With Throat And Breast Cancer

Wimbledon’s greatest-ever singles champ Martina Navratilova announced that she’s been diagnosed with two forms of cancer.

Martina Navratilova, 66, who won Wimbledon a record nine times, said she’s been diagnosed with throat and breast cancer after discovering a swollen lymph node in her neck in November.

The Czech-born American, who’s married to former Russian beauty queen Julia Lemigova, 50, said that this double whammy was serious but still flexible and that she was hoping for a favourable outcome. She said that it was going to stink for a while but that she will fight it with all that she’s got.

The former world number one’s diagnosis comes after she was given the all-clear from breast cancer in 2010 following radiation therapy.

Martina Navratilova, who won 59 grand slam singles and doubles championships over the course of her 40-year career won’t travel to this month’s Australian Open, where she was planning to work as a TV pundit.

But a statement from Martina Navratilova’s representative described the prognosis as good and said that Martina had been diagnosed with stage one throat cancer, that the prognosis was good and that Martina will begin her treatment this month.

Her representative said that the cancer type was HPV and that this particular kind reacts really well to treatment, and that Martina noticed an enlarged lymph node in her neck during the WTA finals in Forth Worth, and when it didn’t go down, a biopsy was conducted, the results came back as stage one throat cancer.

And that at the same time as Martina was undergoing tests for the throat, a questionable form was discovered in her breast, which was later diagnosed as cancer, totally unrelated to the throat cancer, and both these cancers were in their early stages with great results, but that Martina wouldn’t be covering the Australian Open for Tennis Channels from their studio but expects to be able to join in from to time by Zoom.

Martina Navratilova, who was born in Revnice, Czech Republic, and was one of the first openly gay sports figures, won a record nine Wimbledon singles titles between 1978 and 1990 in a career which saw her dominate tennis with 18 total Grand Slam titles.

As she approached her 50th birthday in 2006, Martina Navratilova chose to retire from professional tennis after her final Grand Slam, a mixed doubles championship with Bob Bryan at the US Open. She became the most senior player to ever win a Grand Slam title during that match, and I’m sure the entire world will be rooting for her.

She’s an incredible woman who has in the past been harshly treated by the woke media, and I hope she fights this with all her strength and triumphs.

Of course, it’s human instinct to try not to die, therefore, you fight in order to remain alive, and for someone who has cancer, it’s scary because it’s a life and death situation but you deal with it, however you can and that’s called ‘bravery’.

A Child Sleeps On A Chair In A ‘Grossly Overcrowded’ A&E After A Patient Waits 99 Hours For A Bed

It’s emerged that an A&E patient was forced to wait for 99 hours before obtaining a bed and parents have told how their ailing children were forced to sleep on chairs as the NHS encounters a worsening crisis this winter.

The unidentified patient was brought to Swindon’s Great Western Hospital by ambulance but was left waiting on a gurney for four days while staff urgently attempted to source an available bed.

One clinician at Great Western Hospital told a newspaper outlet that they were broken and nobody was listening, while Jon Westbrook, the hospital’s chief medical officer, wrote in a leaked email to staff that they were seeing case numbers and sickness that they’ve not seen previously in their clinical professions.

MailOnline contacted Great Western hospital for comment.

Meanwhile, in Oxford at the children’s A&E department of John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, a three-year-old girl was seen curled up on a plastic chair trying to sleep after waiting for hours to be treated.

The girl’s father Tom Hook shared the picture on social media and wrote that people were tired, thirsty and fighting numerous illnesses and that this was the best the NHS could do.

He said that the staff throughout were amazing and were obviously doing a nearly impossible job in a broken system that just channels everything to A&E when they can’t cope with the demand.

Ambulance staff are being encouraged to save oxygen supplies due to a surge in demand for portable oxygen in A&E departments which has seen supplies run dangerously low in several hospitals around the country.

One NHS worker from the South West told a newspaper outlet that they’re now at the stage where there isn’t enough oxygen in cylinders to treat patients in corridors, ambulances and in their walk-in area in A&E.

The Health Service Journal (HSJ) said ambulance services had told staff the deficit was caused by the increased number of patients with respiratory conditions and the suppliers were saying that this was higher than during the first surge of the COVID pandemic.

It comes as the A&E chaos has also seen patients across the country forced to lie on hospital floors for hours and obtain treatment in corridors.

Stark photos and harrowing testimonies have arisen from those seeking emergency assistance and the NHS staff struggling to deliver it at hospitals in Liverpool and Wirral.

We pay into a system that fails our most vulnerable. We pay a working lifetime of National Insurance contributions and this leaves a rancid taste, and the entirety of Westminster should be dismissed and a new one put in, and we should immediately discontinue treatment for all non-UK nationals to relieve that burden.

Everyone else does, such as Canada and the US et cetera, but the United Kingdom are the ones that are paying but can’t get access to our NHS services, it’s a national scandal.

It’s been like this for years. We should stop flooding the country with people that have never contributed to the system but come here to use it, and many people in this country can’t see that we’ve been betrayed – led down the garden path to poverty by successive lousy governments for decades, but nothing will change and the sheep will keep voting in people who give away billions overseas and will prioritise pronouns over people and nothing will improve ever.

If the Prime Minister and his cabinet were made to use the NHS instead of free private healthcare (paid for by the taxpayers) they wouldn’t keep inviting people over from other countries, and then promise them full access to our NHS.

Too many people in the United Kingdom are dying prematurely because they can’t get treatment, or are told it’s too costly and that’s after they’ve worked and paid their taxes (National Insurance) for years.

‘Preparing To Charge’ Prime Suspect Christian Brueckner In Madeleine McCann’s Disappearance, German Police Say

A suspect could soon be charged over the disappearance of Madeleine McCann, it’s been revealed.

Reports suggest that German police could soon charge prime suspect Christian Brueckner, 45, in the New Year.

It’s been nearly 16 years since the three-year-old Madeleine McCann vanished from her bed on a family holiday in southern Portugal in May 2007.

Brueckner, from Germany, is a convicted paedophile and is the primary suspect in the continuing investigation.

A newspaper reports that Brueckner could be charged within the next twelve months.

Police are continuing with their inquiry as they test evidence to lead to a possible arrest.

There’s also a high-level meeting about the investigation that’s set to take place between law enforcement officials next month in Wiesbaden, western Germany.

Once he’s charged, Brueckner will probably face trial about September time.

Police have identified Brueckner as the main suspect in their investigations since 2020 after it was found that the convicted paedophile was living in a campervan near the McCann family’s holiday apartment in Praia da Luz, southern Portugal.

Christian Brueckner has repeatedly denied any involvement in Madeleine McCann’s disappearance.

Brueckner is presently serving a seven-year jail sentence in Germany for a rape he committed in Portugal in 2005.

His prison term is scheduled to conclude in September 2025.

Just last month German police in the northern city of Braunschweig charged Brueckner in a further five separate cases.

The cases involve sexual offences allegedly committed in Portugal between 2000 and 2017.

They include the rapes of two unidentified women in Portugal, the rape of a 20-year-old Irish woman in 2004, the sexual abuse of a 10-year-old German girl in April 2007 on a Portuguese beach, near where Madeleine disappeared a month later, and another sexual abuse case in 2017, again in Portugal.

Brueckner has repeatedly protested his innocence, arguing that German police were trying to frame him for the numerous offences in the hope he would crack and confess.

In a letter sent from prison and obtained by a newspaper outlet in November, the condemned rapist wrote that there was no proof at all that he executed any of these offences – no DNA, nothing, and that the prosecution was trying to trap him and hoped that he would yield under the mental pressure.

Without tangible evidence, the police have no case, and why has so much money been put into the UK (Met) continuing investigation into this case? What about those other youngsters that have gone missing but whose parents get no support or assistance and most of those investigations get shelved?

The parents of Madeleine McCann will still never know if he doesn’t confess and if the police don’t have cast iron evidence, it will only ever be speculation. Getting and punishing someone for this offence and getting the right person responsible aren’t the same thing.

There’s evidently no evidence, but hey ho, they’re going to charge someone whether they did it or not, and unfortunately, the Portuguese Police didn’t handle it very well from the start, and as much as we want someone to pay, so that her family can have some closure, I have a terrible feeling this man is not the one, and that the police just want to put this to bed, and if the German police had enough evidence against this individual, then they would have already charged him, and this is just another attempt to keep it in the news.

There’s still no body, or anyone coming forward with concrete evidence that they’ve seen Madeleine McCann. This is only circumstantial evidence – nothing forensic, and this is extremely cruel to the parents.

Over The Past Decade, The Number Of Police Officers Resigning Early Has Nearly Tripled 

Police officers are no longer treating the job as a lifelong career as voluntary resignations have trebled in the last decade.

The number of voluntary resignations from the police was 1,158, which accounted for 18 per cent of people leaving the force in 2012.

In 2022, the figure had increased to 3,433, or 42 per cent of leavers, threatening to undercut Boris Johnson’s 2019 manifesto promise of 20,000 additional officers.

More than 1,800 of the officers hired to increase numbers as a result of the policy have already quit. A total of 15,000 extra officers were employed as part of the Police Uplift Programme, at an expense of £3.6 billion.

Highly trained candidates are taking their skills elsewhere, blaming a poor workplace culture. Careers in the force of 30 years or more had previously been the norm.

Many are also being influenced by policing scandals, including the disclosures of several grossly offensive Whatsapp group discussions.

The departure of both new and experienced officers means that one-third of existing police officers have less than three years experience.

Thirty forces in England and Wales are presently open to new applicants.

Professor Sarah Charman from Portsmouth University told a newspaper outlet that officers are leaving due to poor workplace culture.

She said officers were becoming disillusioned and that this was having an impact on the quality of police services.

Professor Charman conducted exit interviews with almost 100 officers who had decided to exit the force prematurely, and she said that while in the past the police force had been seen as a career for life, officers were becoming disheartened with what she called organisation injustice.

She said that the way the police service recruits and trains people, particularly at the entry-level is about making sure everyone fits in. Forget everything you’ve learnt on the outside, forget all the friendships you have got on the outside, they’re now part of them now, part of their clan.

Professor Charman added that forces need to get rid of the mindset that officers would be easy to replace and that they should be grateful to be working there, and she said policing is in the grand position of having officers who when they join are extremely thrilled and have often wanted to do the job all their lives.

She said that they bring a level of enthusiasm and expectations that other institutions could only dream of and they’re practically wasting that enthusiasm in those early days through the culture and identity of the organisation when they should be capitalising on it.

In 1980 the figures were just as bad but it was a force who wished to serve their community. They saw it all, the Toxteth miners strike and football hooligans, but they did their duty, and we should be horrified at what both Labour and Tory governments have done to this once grand force the world admired.

A Second Anti-Semitic Comment By Whoopi Goldberg Sparks More Outrage

Angry viewers are demanding Whoopi Goldberg’s dismissal from ABC after The View host reiterated her belief that the Holocaust wasn’t about race in an interview.

Whoopi Goldberg, whose actual name is Caryn Johnson, sparked outrage earlier this year when she claimed on air that the Holocaust wasn’t about race.

She apologised after an angry backlash, and ABC suspended her for two weeks but stopped short of firing her, a determination which riled network employees.

This week, she doubled down on the comments in an interview with The Times of London, saying that they were killing people they considered to be mentally impaired, and then they made this decision.

She also claimed to have been cancelled unfairly, despite still having her high-paying career.

Now, many of those who criticised her in February at the time of the original offence, are calling for her to be fired or to step down.

The Times of Israel called her remarks inflammatory while Holocaust survivors and Jewish journalists said she’d learned nothing, and that Whoopi Goldberg continues to use the Holocaust as her punching bag, and that she was told that her comments hurt them but she just didn’t care.

Holocaust survivor and author Lucy Lipiner, 89, tweeted that she’d survived the Nazis and the Holocaust, so she will be damned if she lets a comedy has been, hawking a phoney Jewish name get the better of her.

Lipiner’s book, Long Journey Home, tells how she escaped Nazi Germany with her parents as a child said that Whoopi Goldberg’s apology and two-week hiatus from The View didn’t actually mean much, did it?

Joel Petlin said that he was starting to believe that Holocaust education isn’t enough to change the Antisemitic beliefs that are profoundly entrenched in many celebs with enormous platforms.

Eve Barlow, a Jewish journalist who was among those to voice out against Whoopi Goldberg in February, also pointed out her false claim that she was cancelled, and that could someone tell Whoopi that she can’t be cancelled for anti-Semitism while still being given a platform on mainstream media.

Human rights attorney Arsen Ostrovsky tweeted that after her supposed apology, Whoopi Goldberg doubles down on her disgusting remarks that the Holocaust wasn’t about race and instead white-on-white violence.

Ari Ingel, who runs the Creative Community for Peace, a not-for-profit set up to fight anti-Semitism in the film industry, said anti-Semitism was deeply embedded in Whoopi Goldberg.

Whoopi Goldberg is another person who will never be happy no matter what.

Whoopi has been cancelled because of the opinions that she holds, and in this case, she actually does need to be sent out to pastures of retirement.

She’s either foolish or very naive, and when spewing views on such an important topic, then you actually can’t afford to be either, and yes, she has been a fantastic comedian and actress but now it’s time for her to depart.

This is one of those cases where someone who is good at what she does is then given a media pedestal outside their intellect and ability, and just because someone is recognised for what they do doesn’t mean their intellect is intelligent enough to have an opinion. Of course, everyone is entitled to their view, but at least have the intelligence to go with it, or just keep it to yourself – this is how wars are started.

It’s called freedom of speech, not freedom of reach. Whoopi is paid to do a job on a broadcasting platform, and that’s what she should be doing, not spewing her opinion there.

Despite Being Told Her Baby Had Died In The Womb, A Young Mother Gives Birth To A ‘Miracle’ Child

A mum is celebrating the birth of her Christmas miracle after she was incorrectly told that her baby had perished in the womb.

Hannah Cole, 27, was admitted to Bradford Royal Infirmary (BRI) after her waters broke prematurely at 20 weeks.

Doctors told her the following day that the baby had died after they couldn’t detect a heartbeat and booked Hannah Cole in for an induced delivery, but a gut instinct that her son was still alive motivated Hannah to ask the hospital for one last scan and that was when doctors discovered a heartbeat again.

Oakley Cole-Fowler was finally delivered at just 24 weeks and three days on October 30 weighing 780 grams.

Hospital bosses have apologised for the pain and stress caused to the family.

Hannah Cole said it had been stressful and up and down, and that her son has been in ICU but that he’s been absolutely brilliant, and she said that she’s just relieved because it’s been a rollercoaster and that he was her Christmas miracle.

Oakley is set to be in the hospital until at least his actual expected date of February 9, 2023.

Hannah Cole, from Wibsey, West Yorkshire, described Oakley as a little fighter and said it’s been a rollercoaster few months.

Little Oakley had an operation when he was only eight days old after being diagnosed with Necrotising enterocolitis, where tissues in the intestine become inflamed and die.

He also had a stoma bag fitted and faces additional surgeries next spring.

Hannah Cole said that hopefully, they will be able to bring him home in a couple of months and that she feels a bit lost at the moment because he’s not at home.

The young mother explained that while Oakley was once on a ventilator, he’s now breathing without any help and has come on leaps and bounds, and she added that she can’t wait to get him home so that they can be a normal family.

Hannah Cole has complained to BRI about the treatment she encountered during her pregnancy with Oakley.

Bradford Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust confirmed an investigation of the circumstances around her scans in October has now ended, and a spokesman said that they had completed their investigation which was now being shared with Ms Cole.

Sadly, these stories of inaccurate diagnoses are becoming more prevalent. Nothing beats a mother’s instinct though, and good on her for following her instincts, it just goes to show how NHS standards have declined.

The problem is medicine isn’t an exact science, and doctors aren’t always right – they’re not Gods and sometimes all that they can hope for is a successful outcome.

But I wonder how many were lied to re this? After all, the market for fetal tissue is extremely lucrative, and you couldn’t make this up even if you wanted to, the NHS is in a mess, and the NHS almost killed poor Oakley, and heads should roll because these types of traumas affect the entire family, and the mother scarred for life, and this medical negligence should be challenged in court to prevent reoccurrence.

This is a fight worth fighting for because any child is an amazing miracle, and the parents of an unborn child should always question, question, question.

This is just not good enough, and it’s completely insane in this day and age with all the technology we have. There will probably be a cover-up of this gross incompetence and I truly hope that whoever’s responsible for this loses their job.

In any job, if you do something that’s considered gross incompetence you would get fired, and this should be no different, simple!
