Activists Support Transgender Cinderella

Labour MPs have shown support for an activist group which promotes ‘transgender Cinderella’ books to primary school children.

Pop’n’Olly, which visits classrooms to teach gender ideology, welcomed politicians to a Parliamentary drop-in event which it said was sponsored by Nadia Whittome MP.

Kim Leadbeater, Paul Davies, Darren Paffey, and Stephen Doughty, the Foreign Office minister, were among the Labour MPs there.

These four MPs posed for social media photographs in front of the Pop’n’Olly logo with a sign reading: ‘I support LGBT+ education’.

Last night, campaigners denounced their support for the group as ‘hugely concerning’.

Pop’n’Olly, which describes itself as an ‘LGBT+ educational resource’, tells children that sex is ‘assigned’ at birth and gender can be seen as ‘a spectrum’.

It has also produced a book aimed at primary schools, ‘Jamie—A Transgender Cinderella Story,’ which features a girl who gets to dress as a ‘boy called Jamie’ for a ball and win the heart of a princess.

Pop’n’Olly distributes this and other books to schools, and claims to have donated a total of 12,000 to 4,000 primaries.

After the event, on June 3rd, Mr Davies reposted his photograph on his own open Facebook page with the caption: ‘Today I showed my support for LGBT+ education.

‘I believe that every student deserves to see themselves reflected in what they learn.’

However, many of Pop’n’Olly’s teaching materials are highly controversial.

Among them is a video called ‘Gender Explained for Kids’, which is marketed as ‘family-friendly’.

It says: ‘Most people’s gender will be the same as their assigned sex, although this will not be the case for everyone.’

It adds that gender ‘can be something that someone discovers about themselves as they grow older’.

And it says: ‘Some people find it useful to think of gender as a spectrum’.

The group’s training lead, Jack Lynch, who identifies as ‘non-binary’, wrote last year about speaking to a group of children aged nine to 11 at a primary in Sussex ‘about gender identity’.

Lynch said a nine-year-old girl said during the session: ‘I feel like you feel. I don’t fit into a box that everyone else seems to fit into.

‘I don’t like doing normal girl things. I like football and wearing boys’ clothes.’

In 2021, Pop’n’Olly celebrated on Instagram after being awarded an ‘honorary Mermaids’ certificate by the now-discredited Mermaids organisation.

This month’s event was revealed on Facebook where the group tagged MPs and bragged: ‘A MASSIVE thank you to over 20 MPs, ministers and staffers who attended our drop-in event in @ukparliament on Tuesday.

‘We had so many fantastic conversations, shared valuable information and witnessed such amazing support for LGBT+ inclusive education at primary school!

‘We have come away feeling proud, hopefully, and renewed in our passion for this incredibly important work.

‘A huge thank you to @nadiawhittomemp for sponsoring our event and for her ongoing support for LGBT+ Education.’

The event has sparked concern that some Labour MPs may not be attuned to concerns about teaching transgender concepts to young children.

Stephanie Davies-Arai of Transgender Trend said: ‘Pop’n’Olly is an activist organisation masquerading as an innocent, fun, children’s educational resource.

‘Their message to little children is that they may have been born “wrong” and need fixing.

‘They introduce doubt into impressionable children’s minds – am I a girl or am I a boy?

‘No child should be asking this question, as if they have a choice.

‘Trans ideology can only cause confusion, doubt and fear for children too young to understand it is not the reality.’

She added the transgender Cinderella story could be seen as ‘turning a lesbian into a straight boy in order to win the hand of the princess’.

‘It is hugely concerning that so many Labour MPs openly support such regressive, sexist and homophobic views,’ she said.

Parent groups have previously warned gender ideology reinforces old-fashioned stereotypes of ‘male’ and ‘female’.

The previous Tory government’s guidance for ‘gender-questioning children’ says schools should not teach ‘gender identity’ as fact.

However, this has been ‘under review’ since Labour took power last year.

Pop’n’Olly is a private company which delivers LGBT+ teaching resources, books, staff training and direct child-facing sessions to schools.

While the company is not officially sanctioned by the Department for Education (DfE), headteachers are free to invite them or any other education company in to work with their school.

Pop’n’Olly was created by Olly Pike, 39, who says he produces ‘inclusive videos and children’s books that combat homophobia and transphobia’, while ‘drawing on his background in theatre’.

A spokesman for Pop’n’Olly said: ‘We are incredibly proud of the work we do at Pop’n’Olly which supports schools, parents and carers in teaching about diversity and inclusion.

‘Our work is supported by many thousands of teachers, educators, parents and carers, designed and delivered by education experts, in line with all current legislation and informed by research.’

A Government spokesman said: ‘Schools have a clear duty to safeguard their pupils – and should make sure children are never taught concepts that they are too young to understand, and never made to feel that not fitting with gender stereotypes means they were born in the wrong body.

‘Our review of the Relationship, Sex, and Health Education guidance will put children’s safety at its core, making clear that concepts around sex and gender should only be taught in a way that reflects the facts and law on biological sex and gender reassignment.’

Attempts to reach the MPs were unsuccessful, and Labour refused to comment on their behalf.

This kind of thing has to stop because growing up as a child is challenging enough without being asked which sex they want to be, and every rational parent should remove their child whilst this is going on.

This is all extremely tragic. What planet are these fools on? They really need to get a grip on reality!

These people are grown-ups bombarding young minds – this has got to be illegal, attacking young minds, what a bunch of degenerates.

The indoctrination of children must end.

Just because a young girl is a tomboy does not mean that she’s a boy, but I’m sure these people would be trying to get into her head so that they could persuade her she was born into the wrong body.

Where on earth did Keir Starmer get these loony tunes from? Everybody that voted Labour, this is down to you!

I grew up in a better era, but I would have pulled my kids out of school to homeschool them if this had been happening when they were little, and these people need to be removed from anything that even resembles a position of power over impressionable children.

But here comes a bandwagon – jump on board!

Baby Buyer Branded Most Hated In Britain

A woman was branded the most hated woman in Britain after spending more than £8,000 so that she could purchase twin babies from the US on the internet.

After adopting the six-month-old daughters who had previously been sold to a childless couple in America, Judith Kilshaw became the focus of a global scandal.

More than 20 years on, Judith admits her life had been ‘plagued’ by the global controversy which ended with her losing the children – along with her home and her marriage.

But defiant Judith, 71, insists she has ‘no regrets’ and told how she has not given up hope of being reunited with the twins.

Speaking exclusively to MailOnline from her home in Wrexham, Judith told MailOnline: ‘I have thought a lot about the case over the years and asked myself if I regretted doing it.

‘To a certain extent it has plagued my life – it never goes away.

‘It was a nightmare to start with but time heals things. There’s bigger things to think about.

‘But I have no regrets. I thought I could give the girls a better life and give them opportunities in life.

‘I would still love to talk to the girls to make sure they are OK and answer any questions they might have.

‘I am open to speaking to them but I have never spoken to them. But if they wanted to, I would love to get in touch.’

Judith and her solicitor husband Alan sparked a ‘cash-for-babies’ outcry in 2001 after they spent £8,200 to adopt Kiara and Keyara Wecker.

They brought the twins, who they renamed Belinda and Kimberley, to Britain hoping to start a new life as a family at their seven-bedroom farmhouse in Buckley, north Wales.

However, things did not proceed as planned.

Then-prime minister Tony Blair called the adoption deal ‘disgusting’ and the twins were taken by social services and taken into emergency protection.

A judge in the High Court revoked the adoption, and they were sent back to the United States.

Since then, Judith has settled back into relative obscurity, but much has happened in the intervening years, which Mailonline can reveal for the first time.

In the aftermath of the scandal, things were never quite the same for the couple and, burdened with debts over the experience, they were evicted from their farmhouse months later.

They moved into a bungalow in Chester but their 14-year marriage concluded after Judith met a man 13 years her junior in a nightclub.

Despite the split, she remained close to Alan and was at his bedside when he passed away aged 63 in January 2019.

At the time she told of her sadness that he had never fulfilled his dream of meeting the girls again.

She said: ‘He told me he had always regarded the twins as ours and his last wish was for me to go to America and try to make contact with them.

‘I don’t know if this will be possible but I will do everything I can to honour his dying request.’

The couple had led an inconspicuous if slightly quirky, middle-class existence in rural North Wales prior to the baby storm.

They already had two sons and Judith had two grown-up children from her first marriage.

Judith was too old to conceive, but the couple still desired a daughter.

They had spent £4,000 on unsuccessful IVF treatment and had looked into surrogacy before they shifted to an online adoption agency in despair.

The US-based agency called A Caring Heart was run by Tina Johnson who was acting on behalf of the mother of the mixed-race twins, Tranda Wecker, who was aged 28 at the time.

Tranda, a hotel receptionist from Missouri, had fallen pregnant as her second marriage was coming to an end and had chosen to part with her children.

Judith and Alan were unaware that the broker had already made arrangements for Richard and Vickie Allen, a couple from California, to adopt the twins.

They had paid £4,000 for the adoption and had cared for them for two months.

Tranda reportedly had a change of heart and, while the couple were in the process of finalising legal paperwork, she was given permission to say a last goodbye to her daughters.

The American couple were told that Tranda wanted to spend two days with the twins – but instead, they were given to Judith and Alan.

They set off with the twins to get their birth certificates before making a gruelling 1,500-mile car journey to Little Rock Arkansas, where adoption is fairly straightforward, with the Allens in hot pursuit.

After a five-minute hearing, the couple returned to Britain with the twins and their adoption papers.

But the FBI was called in to investigate the case amid a painful transatlantic war of words and a legal battle over the girls’ fate.

The children were returned to the US in April 2001 where they were put in foster care before a third set of parents eventually raised them.

Judith has consistently maintained that the adoption would benefit the twins and that she did nothing improper or unlawful.

But, in the aftermath of the affair, the couple racked up deficits of £70,000.

Along with three of Judith’s children, six dogs, over a dozen cats, two ferrets, a horse, a pony, and two pot-bellied pigs, they were forced to leave the farmhouse where they resided.

In the wake of her fight, Judith attempted to get elected as an MP in 2005 after standing as an independent candidate in her local Alyn and Deeside constituency insisting she wanted to ‘stand up for the little people’.

She split with Alan in 2006 and three years later she married Stephen Sillett, who was described at the time as a busker.

Following the breakup, Judith’s living circumstances became the subject of an investigation into possible benefits fraud.

In a strange twist, Alan gave his ex-wife away when she married Stephen at Wrexham Register Office in 2009.

She had a volatile relationship with her third husband and in 2012, Judith pleaded guilty at Wrexham Magistrates Court to attacking Stephen after striking him over the head with a Christmas bauble following a row.

Stephen had accused Judith, who now goes by her married name Sillett, of having an affair, she says.

Judith told MailOnline: ‘It was hardly the crime of the century. He probably deserved it.

‘However, we stayed together. We are still legally married but have split up.

‘We’re still friends and speak all the time.’

Alan, meantime, had been hospitalised for months before his death due to pulmonary fibrosis, a severe lung condition.

Judith told how Stephen became jealous as she nursed her ex-husband through his illness which led to her giving up her job as a cleaner in the Co-op.

She told MailOnline: ‘There were three of us in the relationship and men can’t really handle that can they?

‘I think he didn’t like the attention I was giving Alan.’

Of her life now she added: ‘I now live with my son. I don’t work as I have retired but I’m a bit of an agony aunt to all my friends.’

Speaking from his terraced home in a village near Wrexham, Stephen, now 58, said: ‘We’re still legally married but are not together anymore.

‘I don’t think we can afford to get divorced.’

Judith heard nothing more about the fate of the twins until 2018 when it was revealed they were starting university after being brought up by a caring churchgoing family in Missouri.

Their adoptive mother said at the time: ‘They have grown into fine young women, each with their own dreams and ambitions.’

Since then two TV documentaries have been made about the case – one called Three Mothers, two Babies and a Scandal, which was shown on Amazon Prime in 2022 while a second named The Baby Scandal That Shocked The World was screened on Channel 5 last year.

Judith told MailOnline: ‘The case and furore of it all, never really goes away.

‘In fact, I was recognised by a woman in the supermarket the other day.

‘She kept on staring at me, trying to work out who I was. Then she spoke to me asking if I was the woman from the babies case.

‘She recognised me from being on telly a few years ago, but it was positive. She said I came across really well.’

What makes this woman the most despised of all women? Did she murder the infants or cause them any harm? Nope!

Most hated woman in Britain – I think there have been a few contenders for that crown.

Whatever people think of this mother, I’m sure there have been some biological mothers who are seen in family court, and I wouldn’t let them look after my dog. Why so much abuse for this couple? What about the woman who sold her twins for money? What about the first couple? While this appears extremely Dickensian, how is this morally worse than surrogacy?

It might not seem moral to purchase a child, but some children that go into the care system lead extremely poor lives, and adoption is the only answer for providing children in care with the love, stability and support they need, and the objective should be that they are with a loving family that wants them – that should be the outcome!

Of course, babies are not a commodity, and it should all be done through legal channels.

This couple was given a hard time by the press – a couple that were well-meaning and kind, but the public love to hate eccentrics and there was a ton of unnecessary viciousness aimed at them. The true wrongdoer is the children’s mother who sold her children, twice!

They believed that everything was done appropriately since they utilised an agency, and they felt that everything would be done in an ethical manner. The loss of these infants, which was not their fault, must have devastated these parents.

But what about the first couple who wanted these twins? They would have been destroyed as well, but nobody mentions them.

Paying for a child to love and care for is no different to adoption. What does it matter if they paid, it’s not like they kidnapped them.

People appear to be enraged by this, yet finding baby’s corpses in Ireland in a sewage tank doesn’t even raise an eyebrow – perhaps we should give our heads a little wobble from time to time.

Defence Chiefs Were Warned Three Weeks Ago That RAF Brize Norton Could Be Targeted

Less than three weeks ago, bungling defence leaders were alerted to the possibility of disruption at RAF Brize Norton, yet they chose not to strengthen the fortifications of the vital facility.

Pro-Palestinian demonstrators reportedly splashed red paint into the engines of RAF Voyager aircraft after entering the site uncontested, leaving top military officials stunned.

Incredible footage shared by the group Palestinian Action showed protesters storming across the RAF runway in Oxfordshire on electric scooters.

Bodycam images then show them spraying red paint into the turbine engines of the air-to-air refuelling tankers which the RAF say are ‘vital for enhancing the operational reach and flexibility of Britain’s military air power’.

But the recent Strategic Defence Review (SDR) published earlier this month warned about the risk of ‘disruption’ to RAF Brize Norton, with the logistic supply line being targeted.

It identified the RAF Voyager as one of many aircraft that should be secured and urged for increased resilience at the site.

Under the SDR chapter entitled Air Domain on page 114, the review states: ‘The changing nature of the threat to UK and allied security means that RAF logistic support arrangements must be more resilient to disruption and military assault.

‘Particular attention should be given to contingency planning for RAF Brize Norton, the main hub in the UK for much of what the RAF delivers globally.’

One senior RAF source last night told The Mail on Sunday: ‘This failure of security simply beggars belief. Where was the security?

‘This is the responsibility of the RAF Police dog patrols and the RAF Regiment. This time it was misguided protesters, next time it could be terrorists or Russian agents.’

Air Marshal Greg Bagwell, a former RAF jet pilot and senior RAF officer added: ‘This is another wake-up call for our domestic security on bases – whether it be enemy drones or activists on e-scooters, we need to be better prepared and protected.’

Brize Norton is the largest RAF base in the country, with about 5,800 service members, 300 civilian staff and 1,200 contractors.

A spokesman for the Ministry of Defence said: ‘We strongly condemn this vandalism of Royal Air Force assets. We are working closely with the police who are investigating. 

‘Our Armed Forces represent the very best of Britain. It is our responsibility to support those who defend us.’

One critic ridiculed her as a ‘woke wing commander’ whose main RAF career had been in personnel infrastructure management and administration. He added: ‘She should quit over this security breach.’

Everything should have been top-notch, but it wasn’t anything like that, and that was an epic failure, and someone should either be sacked or resign over this.

These days, top executives are essentially politicians in uniform, chosen more for their political views and progressive attitude than for their military prowess.

Underqualified individuals are being promoted beyond their sometimes restricted talents due to box-ticking quotas, and top brass, much like politicians are too conceited to admit their mistakes and will continue to promote those who don’t deserve it so that they can make their quotas successful, despite the enormous damage they’re doing to fighting power.

They shouldn’t have needed to be warned. RAF Brize Norton should have been one of the most secure places in the British Isles, in fact, all military bases and personal should have the highest security, not forgetting our borders. Defence, what defence?

One warning to an intruder and deadly force should have been approved.

While the base commander is in charge of the day-to-day operations of the base, the MoD bears the responsibility.

The really big question is, where were all the troops, who should have been patrolling these aircraft and the base?

They were warned and did nothing. Our security should not be an afterthought.

French Police Arrest a 22-Year-Old British Man For Trying To Marry A 9-Year-Old

French police have arrested a 22-year-old man thought to be British amid claims he attempted to marry a nine-year-old girl at Disneyland Paris on Saturday.

When the youngster, her family, and around 100 other people showed up for the occasion, park personnel were taken aback and promptly phoned the police.

Officers arrived on the scene and took the man into custody along with the girl’s 41-year-old mother, who is believed to be Ukrainian.

A statement issued by the prosecutor’s office in the nearby town of Meaux said: ‘Four people were arrested and questioned: the groom, who was believed to be the organiser of the event and is presumed to be British and aged 22; the mother of the child, a 41-year-old Ukrainian woman; and two Latvian nationals aged 55 and 24.’

It added that the ‘police custody of the British suspect and a Latvian national was also extended on charges of fraud and money laundering.’ 

The opening of a criminal probe was also confirmed by the prosecutor’s office.

The wedding ceremony was scheduled at dawn as private events such as weddings at the theme park are organised outside public opening hours.

Disneyland Paris told French newspaper Le Parisien that the event was immediately shut down by its team and that guests were stopped from entering the premises. 

Although the circumstances surrounding the wedding are still unknown, the prosecutor’s office reported that the little girl had not experienced any violence, according to a medical check.

They also said that they were not ruling out that the event may have been a prank, with the guests attending as possible ‘extras’.

A police source later told Le Parisien that the groom had said that he was the director of a production company and that they were shooting a video.

A source who claimed to have been a wedding guest told the French newspaper: ‘We all thought we were going to attend a wedding… Everyone was stunned, no one expected it. Disneyland did things very well.

‘They cancelled everything as soon as they realized the bride was a child. We were shocked to see that.’

‘So it wasn’t a wedding, but a staged wedding filmed with around a hundred extras. They privatized Disneyland Paris, pretending it was a real wedding,’ the prosecutor’s office later explained to AFP.

Even if it was a staged marriage for a film, why have they not published the name of the filming company?

To shoot in Disneyland Paris for business or professional purposes, you must get authorisation and make advance plans. It is prohibited to take pictures, record videos, broadcast, or transmit them for profit without permission.

The park does not permit selfie sticks or other similar devices.

Professional cameras or recording equipment used for business purposes need approval, even though personal cameras are usually accepted.

How was this even allowed to get through security without being detected?

If the wedding had been to make a commercial video, the man and his team would have had an official licence to film at Disneyland Paris.

This just doesn’t make any sense. Hundreds of extras were invited to a pretend wedding, and it might have been a prank – were Disneyland not aware of this? And then it was cancelled when it came to light.

In France, a legally binding ceremony (civil ceremony) must take place at the local town hall called the ‘Mairie’, and be officiated by the mayor or a deputy. After the civil ceremony, couples can have symbolic or religious ceremonies at other venues if they choose, so even if they had got married, it would not have been legal unless they got married at the ‘Mairie’ first.

The French Promise To Intercept Small Boats

French authorities have finally vowed to intercept small boats in Channel waters as figures show migrants reached Britain every four-and-a-half minutes last week.

A new ‘maritime doctrine’ set to come into operation next month permits French police officers to block dinghy departures within 300 yards of the shoreline.

Presently, they are barred from intercepting any boat once it is in the water.

However, gendarmes have voiced worries about their safety once the new rule takes effect.

The new rules will be introduced after Channel migrants reaching the UK topped 2,000 in a week for the first time in 21 months, following 489 arrivals on Tuesday.

The 2,222 arrivals over seven days meant an average of one migrant reached Britain every four-and-a-half minutes.

Police unions are understood to have concerns their members may be required to enter the water wearing ‘Kevlar’ body armour, which can weigh up to 6lbs and would put them at risk of drowning.

Sources said French officers had also raised concerns about being unable to carry firearms if they are required to go into the sea because salt water would damage the weapons.

However, French police colonel Olivier Alary said that his teams ‘will be able to do more’ once the 300-yard rule comes into force.

‘If the rules change to allow us to intervene against these taxi boats, as close as possible to the shore, then we’ll be able… to be more effective,’ he told the BBC.

Marc Musiol, of the police union Unity, said: ‘I can understand an average British person watching this on television might say, ‘Damn, those police don’t want to intervene.’ But it’s not like that.

‘Imagine people on a boat panic and we end up with children drowning. The police officer who intervened would end up in a French court.’ He added: ‘It’s a complicated business, but we can’t fence off the entire coastline. It’s not the Second World War.’

Last week’s crossing count was the most since September 2023, when the former Tory government’s Rwanda policy was still in legal limbo.

It tipped the total since Labour came to power at last July’s general election past the 40,000 mark, hitting 40,276.

Since the start of this year, 17,034 migrants have reached Britain, up 38 per cent on the same period last year. The figure does not include hundreds more who reached Dover yesterday.

Reform leader Nigel Farage said it was ‘about time’ Britain faced up to the fact it was ‘our fault’ – rather than France’s – that so many migrants head here. ‘We will never stop the boats from leaving France,’ he told broadcaster Talk.

‘They’d need 10,000 soldiers on the beaches to stop every boat from going. The reason they’re coming isn’t the French’s fault, the reason they’re coming – it’s our fault. It’s about time we faced up to that.’

His remarks echoed comments from French politicians over recent years which blamed Britain’s asylum system, as well as insufficient checks on illegal working, for making this country an ‘El Dorado’ for illegal migrants.

In an attempt to lower the possibility of police discovery, people-smuggling gangs have recently started transporting inflated dinghies to the coast strapped to vehicle roofs instead of inflating them on French beaches.

It illustrates how traffickers’ tactics are always changing.

Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer withdrew the Tories’ Rwanda asylum scheme – which was designed to prevent crossings and protect lives – as one of his first acts in office.

Instead, Labour promised that investment in law enforcement would crack the crisis. But migrant numbers are soaring and Downing Street this week revealed the problem was ‘deteriorating’.

A government source said last night: ‘Any new tactics to prevent these criminals from facilitating these dangerous journeys are always welcome.’

And a Home Office source pointed out: ‘On exactly the same days in 2023, 2,375 people arrived – or one every 4.2 minutes – when Rishi Sunak was PM and Robert Jenrick was immigration minister.’

If this information comes from Downing Street you can pretty much assume it’s nonsense.

The solution is to cease providing these migrants with free benefits and everything else and to start charging them for illegal entrance if they manage to get in. Why should they be permitted entry without a passport but we Brits are unable to exit the country without one?

I can’t see the French authorities wading into the sea to turn back boats. This is just another ploy by two-tier Starmer and his numpty co-workers.

Everybody knows the value of a politician’s pledge.

Teacher Wins Case Against School For Yelling At Misbehaving Students

A schoolteacher at an Islamic school who was ‘absurdly’ sacked for yelling at misbehaving students has won $56,000 in compensation from the Fair Work Commission.

Commissioner Stephen Crawford found that Paramjit Brownson, a Year 9 teacher at the Australian International Islamic College at Durack in Brisbane, was unfairly dismissed last June and ordered the school to reinstate her.

Nevertheless, the college successfully challenged the ruling, and Commissioner Crawford returned it for a new hearing.

His reconsideration of the matter again ruled in favour of the dismissed teacher and said the true cause of her dismissal was not how she addressed students but a falling out with the college director over his treatment of another teacher.

The Commission ruled that she was unlikely to get fair treatment if she was reinstated, so it awarded her the maximum compensation.

Commissioner Crawford said the school dismissed the teacher in December 2023, for yelling at students that were misbehaving.

‘I consider it is absurd to suggest that a high school teacher can be found to have committed serious misconduct simply because they have raised their voice towards misbehaving students,’ he said.

‘There is already a well-documented shortage of schoolteachers in Australia [and] that problem will only be exacerbated if schools rush to dismiss competent and experienced teachers simply because some students complain about being spoken to in a raised voice when they have been misbehaving.

‘Teachers such as (her) must also protect the interests of the students that are being negatively impacted by misbehaving students.

‘I have no doubt that parents expect teachers to take strong action when students are engaging in conduct such as bullying or repeatedly disrupting class to an extent where the learning outcomes for other students are affected.’

The Commission heard evidence from a student that the teacher was not the only member of staff who raised their voice toward students and that numerous others did so much more frequently.

‘Student A’s evidence completely undermines the college’s position that yelling at misbehaving students is serious misconduct justifying dismissal,’ he said.

Commissioner Crawford discovered that the teacher’s dismissal was motivated by antagonism between her and college director Mohamed Azhari, driven by her criticisms about the way he had treated another staff member.

The director admitted communicating in a ‘very aggressive and inappropriate manner’ to another female teacher at a college event in November 2023.

The discussion took place in front of parents, employees, and students during a Jalsa event honouring Islamic culture and tradition.

The director apologised to the teacher at a subsequent meeting, at which the soon-to-be-dismissed teacher served as a support person.

After that, the teacher issued a thorough email to the director, the worried teacher, the principle, the deputy, and other staff members detailing the events that transpired at the event.

‘I find that (her) email upset (the director) and triggered the contrived and flawed subsequent sequence of events that led to (her) dismissal.’

Commissioner Crawford said he could see no other explanation as to why the college had shifted so dramatically from initially supporting her in disciplinary actions towards students to later raising various historical allegations against her and sacking her.

‘I am satisfied that the dismissal of Ms Brownson was unjust and unreasonable,’ Commissioner Crawford ruled.

‘There was not a valid reason for Ms Brownson’s dismissal relating to her conduct or capacity. Ms Brownson was unfairly targeted by Mr Azhari for vindictive personal reasons.’

Finding no valid reason to dismiss the teacher, Commissioner Crawford said ordinarily he would rule the teacher be reinstated but in this case that was not practical due to the breakdown in the relationship between Ms Brownson and Mr Azhari. 

‘Although concerns about the conduct of the employer should not ordinarily weigh against reinstatement because it is effectively rewarding bad behaviour, I consider this is quite an extreme case,’ he said.

‘(The director) has demonstrated he is prepared to act inappropriately to achieve his objectives.’

Commissioner Crawford found the teacher would have remained employed for an additional five years if she had not been dismissed and awarded her full settlement of $55,786.90 plus superannuation.

Bravo to this educator. A well-earned kick in the derriere is appropriate for misbehaving children, but of course, we mustn’t upset our future misogynists – this is why a lot of youngsters have no respect and they don’t fear authority anymore.

What this story highlights, and many others as well, is that these teenagers have turned into thugs who have absolutely no respect for anyone, and the government enables this behaviour. These teenagers are utterly disrespectful to their teachers and society alike, but if they get called out by their teachers and society, they are labelled, not them.

These woke teenagers would never have survived in my school days with teachers going red in the face screaming, rulers slapped over your hands and chalk and blackboard rubbers being thrown at students. Never did us any harm, at least we had respect for our elders.

Disobedient students should not be permitted to disrupt the classroom because you can’t teach these feral kids without discipline.

Search For Bodies Of Almost 800 Infants Begins At ‘Mother And Baby’ Home

Expectant women were sent to the Bon Secours ‘mother and baby home’ in Galway between 1925 and 1961.

Their illegitimate children were said to be ‘children of sin’, and as such treated with a lack of respect in death, according to the work of historians.

Catherine Corless, whose work uncovered what allegedly happened at the home, said many babies are believed to have been dumped in a former sewage tank referred to as ‘the pit’.

Her research revealed how 798 children perished at the home before it was closed in the early 1960s – but only two of them were given a decent burial.

The other 796 are thought to have been buried at the site, and it is this forensic operation that is intended to uncover this.

The work is anticipated to continue for about two years, during which time the site will be closed off and shut to the public for forensic control.

Daniel MacSweeney, who leads the Office of the Director of Authorised Intervention, Tuam (ODAIT), said families with relatives who were in the institution were informed of the timeline of work.

He said they will have an opportunity to view the site works as part of a family and survivors’ day in the coming weeks.

Mr MacSweeney said: ‘From the start of works on June 16, the entire site, including the memorial garden, will be accessible only to staff carrying out the works and 24-hour security monitoring will be in place.

‘The initial four weeks will involve setting up the site, including the installation of 2.4-metre hoarding around the perimeter.

‘These measures are necessary to ensure the site’s forensic integrity and to enable us to carry out the works to the highest international standards that govern the excavation and recovery programme.

‘This is a unique and incredibly complex excavation.’

Catholicism has much to answer for and what they did was brutal, and these were people who were monsters in fancy dress.

Unfortunately, the church had such control over society at the time, let alone the doctors, but families were also responsible because they thought that it would bring disgrace to their families.

These poor girls already had to go through enough physically and mentally, being forced to go into a place like that. They were treated with utter disrespect in the midst of having their babies taken away from them. It’s just sickening how wicked nuns were back then.

There were other homes like this one. They took in unmarried teen mothers who would have their babies there believing that they were going to be adopted – some were of course adopted by wealthy Americans and some died and were buried in pits.

I am so happy that this is being done, although those who were in charge have long departed this earth. There needs to be closure because these girls who went to these places were scared, emotional young women who needed help and never got it. Instead, they were forced to work hard in kitchens and laundry rooms all hours of the day, and the nuns that forced them to do this were not God-fearing nuns they were just evil through and through.

These people (nuns) whatever you wish to call them (and priests as well) just glided themselves into these positions which gave them access to the young and vulnerable. As for the Vatican, they’re merely symbols of idol worshipping who own their own bank, and I dread to think what goes on there!

Into The Wild

A ‘feral’ gang of prosecco-guzzling teenage girls have been terrorising their neighbours as residents walk in fear and say they are powerless to stop it.

The people of Whipton, Exeter, claim their community is being plagued by up to a dozen school girls, who run riot in the streets, shoplifting, smashing windows, slashing tyres and being verbally abusive.

The school children, nicknamed ‘the little s****’, have also been seen drinking large bottles of booze on their roof-hopping antics.

Afraid of what they might do, residents say ‘We’re nice to them because if you’re not you could have your windows put through.’ 

Police have made frequent visits to the area with two arrests already having been made and a number of antisocial behaviour orders.

There have also been reports of ‘obscene’ graffiti and racial abuse, according to the local councillor Liz Pole, as residents and officials are desperate to put an end to the teens who have come to run their streets.

While the problem may seem typical of rowdy teenage conduct, angry locals—who are too scared of the young girls to speak publicly—have told MailOnline the issue is much deeper and has only gotten worse.

The homes and businesses on Whipton Village Road and Summer Lane are the focal points of the careless antics.

The area may be regaining its reputation as the ‘Wild West’ of Exeter, which was formally attributed to a pub on the street because it was fraught with fights, drugs and intimidating conduct.

The girls said to be around 14 years old, enjoy being pursued by police and arrested as they believe it gives them ‘street cred’, locals say, as police activity has done nothing to control them.

One shop worker in the area told how the girl gang have been verbally abusive to other staff and he fears the torment could escalate towards other children.

‘One of my colleagues was driving past one afternoon and asked them not to come in the shop again, but they just yelled at her “F***k off, you “f***ing c**t”, so they do come across as feral.

‘What I’ve heard in the area is they’ve slashed people’s tyres and smashed windows. 

‘I’m not worried they’ll get violent with us, but god knows what they’ll be like to kids. They’re not scared of adults, so who knows what they could do to children their age.’

He added they have also vandalised the property: ‘They climb over the fence and there’s an alleyway in the back and our loos are outside. They go in there, trash it, leaving sweet wrappers, bottles of prosecco and rip out everything from the toilets so there’s loo paper everywhere.

‘It’s frustrating because we’re having to come in every morning and clean up the mess everywhere. 

‘We’ve called the police but they said they can’t do anything because we don’t have CCTV, so it’s just our word against theirs.’

Another shop worker referred to the gang as ‘little sh***’ who brazenly steal from their shelves.

The local said: ‘They’ll be in here causing issues, they’ve actually stolen off the medicine shelf but we’re not allowed to stop shoplifters. They can basically just come in and do whatever they want.’

He added: ‘They’ve been vandalising people’s properties, they’ve been up on the roofs, they actually broke into our flat just upstairs. 

‘We call the cops, but not a lot happens.

‘They were on the roof the other night and on someone’s balcony. It’s all the neighbouring shops that are affected.

‘The girls have already started turning violent. Someone across the road had rocks thrown at them, but there’s nothing we can do.’

One local said people walk the streets terrified of the teenagers and try their best to get on with them to avoid becoming the victim of their abuse.

‘I just try to get on with them, we’re nice to them because if you’re not you could have your windows put through. I look at it that way.

‘They’re cheeky if they have to be, like if you confront them. They love the confrontations, they love the chase and when you call the police.

‘They don’t go to school and some of them have ASBOS against them,’ she added.

Another worker from the newsagent said the girls are constantly coming in to steal from them and will make a nuisance ‘going into buildings without permission, breaking windows and throwing stuff at people’.

Disgruntled locals have started talking about the girl gang on a local Facebook page, labelling them “criminals.”

However, their family is also dealing with their disruptive behaviour.

The sister of one of the girls responded to a comment about the troublesome teens, saying: ‘I’m sorry, have you been under a rock? We have been chasing my sister to try to stop this but she is rebelling on her own behalf. What are we supposed to do when the police do nothing.

‘We have done everything general family can do, we are not on the side of the road cheering her on for her bad behaviour, but we are struggling to do much more than what we already are.

‘Maybe if other parents took control we would stand a chance but they don’t.’ 

Exeter MP Steve Race said: ‘Residents in Whipton have been in touch to let me know about a concerning spate of anti-social behaviour.

‘I know how worrying and disruptive this can be and I have contacted Devon and Cornwall Police for an update on the steps they will be taking to address this issue.

‘I encourage anyone who witnesses criminal activity to report it by calling 101, online or by ringing 999 in an emergency or if a crime is currently in progress.’

We don’t seem to be able to touch these teenagers. The parents are too scared to do anything, the police are terrified and hence there is no discipline, and if something is not done about it we will be seeing more girls like this in future because they know they can get away with it.

This will unfortunately become the norm with vigilantes roaming the UK because we are now living in a lawless Britain.

ASBOS don’t work because these teenagers simply see them as a badge of honour. The only thing that might work now is boot camp, and with some harsh realities they might not go back to their old ways. Discipline and deterrent is the only way.

It appears these teenagers have far too much time on their hands. Round them all up and create an army-type existence. We need to quit being soft. If they treat others as if they’re not human beings then they shouldn’t expect to be treated with respect. I don’t care how many human rights they have, they stopped having any human rights when they stopped treating people like human beings.

Parents and teachers were stopped from punishing children, and this is the outcome. Unfortunately, it has gone on for so long that just parent and teacher discipline would not work now, but boot camp might.

A parent cannot discipline their children and this is where it all went downhill. Banned for smacking your own children – ridiculous, and this country has gradually become a nanny state, but yet the state is not doing its job, and there are no consequences for these bored youths.

The government and others believed that if they removed discipline and rules we would still end up with the same sort of people – nicer even if they weren’t smacked – so this is what occurred – teenagers killing people, stabbing people and threatening people and this is classed as normal!

The thing is, it affects ordinary individuals, but it doesn’t affect our government, and our police are not fit for purpose if they can’t deal with a dozen Prosecco fuelled yobs while the police sit eating doughnuts with one hand and their thumb stuck up their jacksy.

GPs To Treat Millions Instead Of Hospitals

As Keir Starmer fights to address the NHS crisis, sweeping reforms will see patients treated by general practitioners (GPs) rather than receiving specialised treatment in hospitals.

Routine appointments will be dealt with in community services close to patients’ homes in a move they believe could ‘fix the waiting list’.

The health service will also ramp up technology, meaning patients will have fewer in-person appointments. Instead, they will use the NHS app and wearable devices to monitor patients remotely.

NHS bosses claim half of the 135 million hospital outpatient appointments every year are ‘pointless’ and follow-ups and consultations could instead be done in high-street surgeries.

It comes as the government is set to launch a ten-year plan to create a ‘neighbourhood health service’, The Times reports.

‘As we deliver the transformational shifts in our 10-Year Plan, from hospital to community, analogue to digital, and sickness to prevention, it will have radical implications for services,’ Health Secretary Wes Streeting told the NHS ConfedExpo in Manchester.

‘Much of what’s done in a hospital today, will be done on the high street, over the phone, or through the app in a decade’s time.’

The plans are set to link family doctors, nurses, social care services and volunteers with money paid to NHS regions based on how effective their care is rather than how busy the hospitals are.

Streeting added: ‘We will use financial incentives to invest more in public health outcomes, not just in more activity that reacts to sickness.’

Earlier this week, figures revealed that the number of patients waiting has fallen to its lowest point in two years – but the number of patients waiting for more than a year for hospital treatment has increased.

The announcement comes after Chancellor Rachel Reeves gave the NHS a cash injection worth an additional £29 billion per year.

Speaking to the Commons, the Chancellor said she is making a ‘record cash investment’ in the NHS, worth an extra 3 per cent a year in real terms.

The Chancellor insisted this would lead to ‘more appointments, more doctors and more scanners’ as Labour seeks to deliver on its manifesto promise to get the NHS ‘back on its feet’.

However, NHS bosses responded to the settlement with a lukewarm response. They said they would need even more money if the Government is to achieve its aim of treating 92 per cent of patients within 18 weeks of a GP referral by the end of this Parliament.

Matthew Taylor, of the NHS Confederation, which represents health organisations, said: ‘Difficult decisions will still need to be made as this additional £29 billion won’t be enough to cover increasing costs of new treatments, with staff pay likely to account for a large proportion of it.

‘On its own, this won’t guarantee that waiting time targets are met.’

Sir Jim Mackey, chief executive of NHS England, told the NHS ConfedExpo conference in Manchester that the health service has done ‘really well relative to other parts of the public service’.

But he added: ‘We all know it’s never enough because of the scale of advancement, all the ambition, the day-to-day cost pressures… but I think everyone’s starting to accept and understand we’ve got what the country can afford to give us.

‘We really need to get better value for that money – it is broadly the equivalent of the GDP of Portugal, so it’s a huge amount.’

Government documents accompanying the Spending Review show that, on average, from 2023/24 to 2028/29, the NHS in England will receive 3 per cent real-terms growth in day-to-day spending, equivalent to a £29 billion increase in annual budgets.

The Government said it will also invest up to £10 billion in NHS technology and digital transformation by 2028/29, plus £6 billion to speed up tests and treatments.

Scanners, ambulances and urgent treatment centres are among things the extra cash – part of the overall £29 billion – will pay for, with the aim of delivering up to 4 million more tests and procedures in the next five years.

NHS England figures show 7.42 million treatments were waiting to be done at the end of March, relating to 6.25 million patients – up from 7.4 million and 6.24 million respectively at the end of February.

This is all utter rubbish – have you tried getting an appointment with your doctor? GPs are already overburdened with patients, can you imagine what it’s going to be like when they set all this up?

To slash NHS waiting lists, they should have treated only patients born in the UK. What an amazing idea that would have been.

The list goes on. We could even reduce the housing issue by providing social housing and housing help only to UK-born individuals.

It’s a fantastic idea, but one that this government would put in the bin alongside all the other good ideas.

You can’t even get to see a GP to tell you what is wrong with you, so what chance is there that they will heal you too?

So the government believe they will fix the enormous waiting lists in hospitals by giving GPs huge waiting lists instead – benefits to patients – zero.

What planet are these tools on? You can’t even see a GP for love or money. Or we get robbed off by either a nurse or told to go and see somebody at the chemist, and to top that, GPs are not specialists and this could end up being very dangerous for patients, and our government know it, but then that’s their plan – watch this space when people starting dropping down dead in their droves.

Girls Beat A 75-Year-Old Man To Death

This is the shocking moment three teenage girls beat a 75-year-old man to death in a brutal street attack that was filmed on a mobile phone. 

Never seen before CCTV footage shows the youths, aged 15, 16, and 17, pushing, shoving, and kicking Fredi Rivero by a bus stop in Islington, north London. 

The oldest girl was also seen to punch the victim in the head causing him to fall back onto the pavement.

Mr Rivero, who had just got off a bus, suffered a severe head injury and went into cardiac arrest during the unprovoked attack on February 27 this year.

The Bolivian national was taken to the Royal London Hospital where he passed away in the early hours of February 28.

The three girls, who were seen staggering around with a vodka bottle, were arrested soon after the attack. 

Police later learned that one of them had filmed the horrendous attack on her mobile phone. 

In the footage, the 17-year-old shouts: ‘I don’t care’ and ‘Why are you chatting to little girls bruv’. She then said: ‘Hit me I f* dare you.’

Bystanders said the girls started telling them Mr Rivero had been harassing them but he did not seem to have done anything.

On Thursday, the teens, who cannot be identified because of their ages, appeared before Judge Judy Khan KC at the Old Bailey.

The girls, who attended via video link, pleaded guilty to manslaughter.

Judge Khan requested reports and remanded the defendants into custody to be sentenced on September 5.

Previously, police have said Mr Rivero was a ‘much-loved father’ whose family were ‘devastated by his death’.

On Thursday, the court session was attended by Mr. Rivero’s daughter, his ex-wife, and his relatives.

Detective Inspector Devan Taylor, Specialist Crime said:’Mr Rivero was a much-loved family man who died in a truly tragic incident.

‘I know how much his death has impacted those close to him and the wider community.

‘I would like to offer my heartfelt sympathy to Mr Rivero’s family for their loss and express my admiration for the dignity they have shown throughout the investigation.

‘I also wish to thank the members of public who went to Mr Rivero’s aid as he lay injured.

‘The young defendants have now accepted they were responsible for the killing of Mr Rivero, in what was a senseless and completely out of the blue attack on a lone elderly man.

‘The age of the defendants adds to the devastating nature of this incident and they will now have to deal with the enormity of their actions.’

This is not manslaughter, it’s murder because murder is based on intent, and the age of these teenagers should be irrelevant when lives are needlessly taken – age is no excuse.

All the excuses will be coming out shortly – they have ADHD, they come from a broken home where there is alcohol abuse blah, blah, blah. It’s not their fault, the system has failed them. It is their fault!

The fact that they attempted to place the responsibility on the victim is concerning.

Corporal punishment needs to be implemented now! It was prohibited by the Tories and destructive behaviour has sky-rocketed since then.

It’s horrendous these days with young people, whether they be male or female – they’re like a pack of wild animals. Visualize living to 75 years old and being a good human being, only to die in such a senseless way.
