Brexit Blow For Boris Johnson

Boris Johnson has been dealt a damaging Brexit blow after the DUP rejected his hopes for a deal.

0_BRITAIN-EU-POLITICS-BREXIT (1).jpg

The pound fell by 0.5 per cent after the Northern Irish party’s leader Arlene Foster announced a 6.45 am statement stating that she can’t support the Prime Minister’s proposal as it is.

That means that even if Boris Johnson settles a deal with the 27 EU leaders, it’s likely to be voted down in Parliament and discussions in Brussels will still be continuous before the two-day summit kicks off at 2 pm and the United Kingdom and EU have still not reached a deal and have still not issued a legal text of it despite missing a series of last-minute deadlines and reports suggested that aside from the DUP’s objections, EU and UK officials had virtually reached a draft deal with some notable problems on VAT.

NINTCHDBPICT000449640012.jpg

Boris Johnson talked to European Commission President Jean-Claude Juncker and Mina Andreeva, the European Commission’s chief spokeswoman, tweeted: “Contacts between #EU and UK teams are continuing. Juncker EU just spoke to Boris Johnson. Every hour and minute counts before the #EUCO. We want a #deal.”

1_DUP-Leaders-Meet-Boris-Johnson-For-Talks.jpg

DUP leader Ms Foster said the sticking points were customs, consent and VAT rules and she is believed to be concerned about reports of a customs border down the Irish Sea, and a continuing dispute about whether EU VAT rates would apply in Northern Ireland.

Currently, there’s a system where firms pay domestic VAT in the same way as VAT on imports or exports between EU states but this would leave questions about how firms in Ireland and Northern Ireland are charged.

The DUP further fear plans to discuss the (collapsed and dormant) Stormont Assembly over any prospective deal that could leave them without a veto and they’re believed to want to double lock where both nationalists and unionists would have to approve a deal.

1_The-British-Prime-Minister-Receives-Head-Of-NATO-In-Downing-Street1.jpg

DUP chiefs had three face to face meetings with the Prime Minister in swift succession in a frantic attempt to overcome the hurdles but Ms Foster and the DUP Westminster leader Nigel Dodds stated that as things stood they couldn’t support what was being proposed on customs and consent issues and there was a lack of clarity on VAT and that they would continue to work with the Government to seek and get a reasonable deal that works for Northern Ireland and that preserves the economic and constitutional integrity of the United Kingdom.

robert_jenrick.jpg

Housing Secretary Robert Jenrick said the government wanted to work through the DUP’s concerns and that the Prime Minister and his team were in intensive discussions with all parties, including DUP and that they want to provide adequate support for the DUP and unionists in Northern Ireland to feel that the arrangements they would put in place with this deal were sufficient to give them comfort to support it.

Boris Johnson likened Brexit to climbing Everest and escaping Shawshank in a bullish address to MPs that lasted only eight minutes and the Prime Minister told Tory MPs: “If you’ll excuse a mountaineering metaphor, we are at the Hillary Step and the summit, you can see but it’s shrouded in cloud. But we can see it and we will get there.”

And Boris Johnson insisted the United Kingdom would leave deal or no deal on October 31, despite the Brexit Secretary verifying he would ask for a delay by 11 pm on Saturday but then the Tory party is a two-legged disaster zone.

David_Cameron_official.jpg

First, under David Cameron they had no majority and had to rely on the Lib Dems to prop them up, then David Cameron was so terrified of his own right-wing and frog faced Nigel Farage, so Cameron called a stupid and massively damaging referendum.

NINTCHDBPICT000508240524.jpg

Then Theresa May again called another election and again had to go cap in hand to the NI Bigots party, along with a satchel full of taxpayers money.

She then painted herself into a corner with those ludicrous red lines and boasted she was going to be ‘That bloody difficult woman’ that ended in tears after three years of getting her deal rejected.

Now we have this arch clown Bojo doing political somersaults with the NI Bigots party pulling his strings and then people believe that the Tories are fit to preside over the United Kingdom, good grief, they have better monkeys in Monkeyworld.

But the political damage has been done inside the United Kingdom by the Tory party and it will take decades to recover from it and for what? So that a few mean-minded individuals could say that the United Kingdom had taken back power, yet they didn’t have a clue as to what power they lost in the first place, but the slogan sounded nice so they voted for it and this crew will be the first in line complaining when their investments go down the pan.

World Trade deal, don’t make me laugh. Donald Trump will defecate all over this country once we’re out of the EU.

Boris Johnson To Face Fresh Legal Challenge

jvxgPCmU_400x400.jpg

Boris Johnson will face a new legal test even if he manages to bring a deal back from Brussels and lawyer Jolyon Maugham stated reports of what Boris Johnson’s deal would look like would violate domestic tax law.

5853df25dd089571208b45be.jpeg

Jolyon Maugham, whose been involved in successful, high profile cases that question the government over proposals to exit the European Union, said he plans to lodge a petition to stop the government putting the Withdrawal Agreement before parliament.

And on Wednesday Britain and the EU seemed on the brink of a last-minute Brexit deal but the Prime Minister still had work to do at home to ensure his government and unruly parliament support the plan.

Britain has suggested that tariffs would apply on goods crossing from mainland Britain to Northern Ireland if they were thought to be headed further to Ireland and the bloc’s single market, in a proposal to solve the complex Irish border problem but Maugham said he believed that such a deal would violate the Taxation (Cross-border Trade) Act 2018.

The act states that it’s illegal for the government to enter into arrangements under which Northern Ireland forms part of a separate customs territory to Great Britain and Maugham was questioned whether any mooted Brexit deal would fall foul of the law, he stated that it was the belief and Maugham said that he expected to lodge a petition on Thursday and for it to be heard on Friday.

Maugham has challenged the government successfully on its decision to suspend parliament and on whether Britain could unilaterally change its mind about leaving the EU. He’s additionally involved in a case which attempts to force Boris Johnson to comply with a law to delay Brexit past October 31 if he fails to agree to a transition deal with the EU.

To be fair, it’s like a child’s playground and if a referendum does happen, it’s not going to ask Leave or Remain, it’s going to ask people if they support the Tories deal or not and it seems that Leavers are so fearful of a Referendum because deep down they’re frightened that those that did vote to Leave will vote to Remain the next time.

But Boris Johnson will push anything through now to save face and he needs to be stopped. He doesn’t care, he has lots of money, this is all about his bleeding ego and it appears that we’ve allowed propaganda to panic us into a frenzy.

We shouldn’t take Boris Johnson or anyone else at their word, people should be doing their own research and it additionally appears that Boris Johnson has no regard for the law.

DWP Tories Confronted In Parliament

skynews-parliament-commons_4770593.jpg

Tory DWP ministers were confronted in the House of Commons with explicit photos of a man who was refused disability benefit.

The man was denied the crucial mobility element of Personal Independence Payment (PIP) despite having bones coming through his flesh as the Independent MP unfurled photos of the unidentified man’s gnarled hands and feet in an attempt to startle Tory ministers into action.

The identity of the man was not disclosed, other than he was a 60-year-old former church minister from Birkenhead, Wirral and no photos were given of his face but this man now risks losing his mobility car following the assessment.

This man struggles to walk and has had this underlying infirmity for 40 years which then caused rheumatoid arthritis and affects his hands and feet and he was diagnosed with an aggressive autoimmune disease in 1980 accompanied by bronchial asthma and there is no cure.

The joints on his hands and feet are secured into one position and he walks with two crutches and needs frequent rests to recover after walking small distances and he falls frequently and is unable to support himself during his falls.

He was recently awarded Personal Independence Payment after a reassessment and he was awarded full care but lost all his mobility component, which means he will lose his mobility car to get about which means he will end up being housebound.

PIP is paid to assist with daily costs of being disabled which come in two parts worth about £150 a week but one part is paid for mobility and the other part for daily living but the man was only granted the daily living element of PIP but not the separate mobility element when he was transferred from his former benefit of Disability Living Allowance (DLA).

And now only that if you’re a new claimant on Universal Credit you’ll be £180 a month worse off as a consequence of disability premiums not being accessible to them. This is in addition to a growing number of disabled people who are dying after being found fit for work or having been denied PIP.

This is clearly a war on the disabled and the lengths that PIP go to remove genuinely disabled peoples benefits and some people are being denied disability benefits even if they’ve had their legs amputated and this man obviously can’t work safely and the same applies for millions of others, yet they’re told that they can but it seems that the default setting is that everyone fails and then the mandatory reconsideration fails and then these people have to appeal and over 80 per cent win.

But the entire system makes you jump through hoops and as many hoops as possible with unnecessary delays even if people present substantive evidence which the Government know will cause anxiety and stress to these people who are already very sick in the hope that these people die before it even gets to appeal.

As far as the DWP are concerned if you can walk, then you don’t need any help but they’re so short-sighted and ridiculous because some people can walk a little but it causes them a lot of pain but the DWP aren’t interested in your pain and this will never end with mindless voters voting vermin into power.

And the poisonous language being used by the DWP saying that people are being given more money under PIP than under DLA and what about people on Universal Credit being pushed onto sanctions by these work coaches, and the attitude over the last decade has caused an antagonistic environment and then our Government wonder why.

This brutal system in Universal Credit and PIP is extremely damaging for many disabled people and the assessment process is often set to fail claimants in all ways because all these people want to do is make other people’s lives as miserable as possible and it’s time to admit that austerity is actually a policy to kill a significant part of the population – A holocaust!

Atos.svg.png

Of course, there are stories like these in the newspapers every day but ATOS and Capita are both dishonest private company’s employed by the Government with which they’re a bonus, in fact, a rather healthy bonus for denying disabled people benefits.

Because our Government is paying these company’s to cut spending and they choose to sacrifice the sick and the disabled and the weakest and defenceless of our society but it’s time that we punish the Government and expose these reprobates behind this cruelty of the disabled because this is a barbaric system and it has to be abolished NOW!

And the Government are solely to blame because they use these said company’s and then they give them enormous bonuses and they’re actually the dregs of our society and they treat their employees just as bad and what is happening with Universal Credit is wrong because no child should go hungry and no one should be without essentials but then that’s the Tories for you, insidious monsters whose only purpose for getting out of bed in the morning is to torture the have nots.

These methods when you think about it were used for mass extermination in the Nazi death camps and they were used and developed against people with physical, emotional and intellectual disabilities and this again appears to be the attitudes toward people with disabilities and this is extremely disturbing and most people don’t realise that this is a cleansing process and this is horrific.

And this is insidious propaganda to distort people’s minds in supporting what they want, so not much has changed since World War II but this government hasn’t got the nerve to do it themselves, they use company’s who have no medical experience but then they don’t need any because it’s about saving money and then the DWP’s position is that they’re committed to supporting those in need. Adolph Hitler may have died but sadly, his concepts still live on.

And this story of this man in this article is bordering on cruelty and those in charge should hang their heads in shame and this is evidence that these evil murdering Tories are attempting to cull the population.

Believe it, people, that’s precisely what’s happening in our country and then they hide behind the DWP’s obvious wrongdoings.

We all have family members that are either disabled physically or mentally but these nasty conservatives are turning their collective backs on family members and most of the people of our country can’t cope with another term of Conservatives in power, so make sure you vote next time around because the next General Election will be the most crucial election in decades because we need to get these evil and cruel Conservatives out.

The sad part about the thousands of cases just like these in this article are being overlooked and ignored and when it comes to elections people are still content to vote for these wicked savage degenerates and when the run-up to the next election starts, Labour should compile a video and broadcast all the people who have suffered at the hands of this Government and the DWP, highlighting those who have died after being declared fit for work.

And if Labour got approval from all the poor souls who have died from either being unfairly cut off from benefits or wrongly sanctioned and made homeless it would unquestionably show the true colours of the cruel cuts, and of course, the hundreds of food banks that now exist.

Sadly, the poor will be used as pawns in the General Elections, but if it ends this mass austerity on the poorest in society, then it’s the proper thing to do, particularly when people are in hospital in a coma or are terminal cancer patients and they get found fit for work – This Government is an utter mess!

It doesn’t matter if you’re on Universal Credit or claiming benefits, as far as our Government are concerned you’re a burden on society and the Tories have got that propaganda engine well oiled to work against these poor souls in our society.

They use words like we are ‘committed’ and ‘force’ and ‘complex’ and it’s a language that’s been used and become commonplace and has seeped down into our society so that it’s accepted.

At the end of the day, anyone can become unwell or end up with a long term disability or lose a spouse and then the process begins and they become performing dogs for the Tories, saying that a disabled man is fit to work, but it’s merely the ramblings of Tory ministers that now truly sound like they’re the ones who are barking mad.

And it’s become pretty obvious that the system doesn’t work and not only does it not work, but it’s also killing people and this system is a disgrace and needs to be changed – Fast!

However, it’s working for the Tories, it’s working precisely as they planned it to do, so that they can cull people…

MEP Hits Back At Nigel Farage

0_brex-2.jpg

An MEP has hit back at Nigel Farage after he branded her a “stuck up snob” in a blazing Brussels exchange.

Judith_Bunting.png

Judith Bunting, the Lib Dem MEP for South England grew up in Peterborough and went to a state grammar school, on the other hand, Nigel Farage went to a prestigious independent boarding school costing approximately £15,000 a year.

Judith Bunting doesn’t hold any of this against Nigel Farage because it’s a free country but she stated that when it comes to being called stuck up and labelled a snob by a man whose life has been defined by privilege and affluence, she simply couldn’t hold back.

No doubt Nigel Farage feels he has the right to stand up and label Judith Bunting as condescending and stuck up because she dares to assert her views, despite her ordinary background and he may even feel justified in doing so.

But Nigel Farage has no right, no grounds and honestly no compunction in portraying Judith Bunting of being a snob.

1000x-1.jpg

The row broke out on the floor of the European Parliament when Judith Bunting accused Nigel Farage of supporting inaccurate facts in the run-up to the EU Referendum and where Nigel Farage called Judith Bunting a patronising stuck up snob.

1200px-Brexit_Party.svg.png

Even though it was reported that the Brexit Party are sourcing official merchandise in Bangladesh and China, despite Nigel Farage promising to fight for British jobs for British people and while a £10 tee-shirt and a £24.99 hoodie are both made in Bangladesh, and where textile workers pocket as little as 39 pence an hour and a Brexit party cap costing £8 is manufactured in China.

At the end of the day, Nigel Farage helps Farage because he actually couldn’t care less about the working classes and he’s not fighting for the working classes because he’s divisive, dishonest, country denouncing riffraff who pulls every trick in the book to flout the people and proceeds to make money out of the Brexidiots because only very shallow people continue to support a man who apparently manipulated the markets on Referendum day.

And Nigel Farage is nothing but an egotistical pitiful gammon liar and most people are embarrassed by him, the country is floundering of him and he should shut up and go and live like Donald Trump’s wig groomer and his avatar is decidedly more intelligent and Nigel Farage is a fraud and merely a toff with no mandate and what colour dummy would he like to suck today to comfort himself?

Scotland Smacking Ban

smacking.JPG.gallery.jpg

Scotland has become the first country in the United Kingdom to ban smacking and the new law will effectively give children the same protection from assaults as adults and removes the defence of reasonable chastisement or justifiable assault.

Previously, this meant that parents could smack their child on the body but not on the head and now there are concerns that this new legislation could unnecessarily criminalise good parents.

Clearly, brutality against children is illegal, but, this is not the problem and it’s not foreseeable at all for parents what circumstances they might find themselves involved in when it comes to the criminal justice system because now there’s no discipline at all, it’s disappeared in our country.

Now we have soft courts, soft parents and chaos in schools, even turmoil in Parliament and children have become more disobedient and I see numerous posts about children defying their parents and making trouble at school et cetera.

And why is there such a pandemic of these conditions? Is it down to parenting techniques, diet or lack of authority? Or perhaps it’s because as all of the generations have disappeared, it’s now a generational thing, rather than an actual slipping of standards.

Having said that, I’ve seen a number of parents that are far too afraid to discipline their children and then the children are never shown the consequences of their behaviour and this makes a school’s job especially difficult to do when you have children starting school with zero boundaries or respect for the rules and being a teacher is now undoubtedly much harder than it was even 50 years ago.

But it’s not all to do with parenting because you might have two siblings who are raised in precisely the same way but have quite different personalities and children have many more rights than they did generations ago and the Government have prompted them to have a voice and an opinion, so it stands to reason that they will push those boundaries more.

And behaviour and condition are clearly getting worse and children are getting more unmanageable and there are many parents coming forward because they’re frustrated that they can’t manage their children and that they’re terrible at home.

Children now have poor manners, disdain for authority, they show disrespect for their elders and love chatter in place of exercise. They no longer stand when elders enter the room, they contradict their parents, chatter before company, gobble up their food and intimidate their teachers.

So, yes. Children are much more poorly behaved and society as a whole are much softer on children and a lot of them have no respect for adults and in school, they’re compensated for good behaviour.

But back in the day, we were punished for poor behaviour, along with detention and extra homework and lines when we were younger.

I would never have talked to my parents the way my children sometimes speak to me and there was none of this taking stuff away or the naughty step and it certainly doesn’t have an effect on their attitude and I would have ended up on my backside had I even raised my voice to my parents.

I had the highest respect for my parents and I had no problem that they used to slap me and it hurt so I made sure I didn’t repeat the transgression in a hurry.

At school, I got the cane, although it wasn’t something that occurred frequently because the threat of it was enough of a deterrent.

But it’s society as a whole that has evolved with kids now demanding everything and children getting given everything they want and never having to work for it.

Teenagers no longer seem to go out and get Saturday jobs or paper rounds and there have always been disobedient children and there always will be and even more so now because punishment and fear of reprisals have disappeared and police and teachers no longer get respect.

The problem is society’s response to children, that is different because gone are the days when a clip round the ear would have stopped poor behaviour in its tracks, well, until the next time when the kid would be more cautious in not getting caught, but now they’d be summoning the police to have the adult charged.

Children should be given more rigid discipline in and out of school because I can remember wishing a policeman good morning and I was taught to respect from a pretty early age and parents these days have a really bad habit of treating their children like little adults and now parents feel that they have no rights over their children, so they struggle to parent them.

I’ve heard many parents use the argument that they don’t feel that their children are theirs, but then I also neglected to mention ‘the Government’, and now there’s the threat of Social Services, which don’t get me wrong is an enormous improvement from say 30-40 years ago, because parents got away with murder, quite literally.

But sometimes because of the rules, it goes too far and some parents are vilified and they don’t deserve it just because they parent out of the social norm and now parents really fear disciplining their children because they don’t want to lose them or face any sort of questions, and who can blame them because 90 per cent of them are excellent parents, but sadly because of the 10 per cent it’s difficult for the Government and Social Services to trust that.

But it’s true that the Government have installed fear into parents and yes, of course, symptom spotting is important but do Social Services always act in the best interest of the child?

And is it only me but are more children today spoiled and undisciplined?

Well, it’s a well-known truth that a two-year-old child will throw tantrums sometimes and that adolescent males have hormones, but it does appear that things have gotten worse and when you go into a shop and see children not just throwing tantrums but shrieking at the top of their lungs for something that they want and amongst young men there appears to be a lot of disrespect for women and authority in general.

And now we’re living in the age of child psychology and freedom of attire and parents no longer want to scold their children due to the possibility they may be harming their ever so fragile minds leading to a lifetime of children blaming their parents for their problems.

Of course, you also have lazy parents who don’t feel compelled to discipline their children because it’s too much like hard work and young girls have always wanted to look more grown-up and at one time that was great because grown women dressed more conservatively.

However, these days that’s considered narrow-minded and women are showing more and more and wearing less and our young ladies and young men are now suffering for this and young girls are now dressing like streetwalkers when they go to school with boys seeing more skin than they should and young females, as well as older ones, don’t have any respect for themselves.

I’m not saying that she got what was coming to her because of the way she dressed but more often it’s the way that you dress that determines how much regard you have for yourself and these poor disillusioned young ladies are dressing the way they’re taught to dress without any real appreciation of what they’re wearing.

They understand they’re dressing suggestively but they don’t understand the meaning of it and we’re raising children without any real consequences to their actions in the younger years because there’s a lack of discipline and now children have no morals, principles, manners and simple consideration for others et cetera.

Kids just don’t have any respect and we have to blame the parents and society but then kids have more power over their parents and it’s scary to see what today’s youth is turning into, particularly when girls are permitted to dress like prostitutes and that’s eye candy for horny boys and men and they have adult bodies but childlike minds and that’s a scary combination.

No-deal Brexit Could Put Thousands Of People At Risk

no-deal-brexit-810x573.jpg

A no-deal Brexit could spark a deficit of medications that may lead to mortality and patients with conditions such as cancer, epilepsy and killer infections may be hit as cross-Channel supplies face reductions of up to 60 per cent.

skynews-boris-johnson-prime-minister_4796841.jpg

And investigations discovered that important medicines could run out if Boris Johnson allows Britain to crash out of the EU and from a medical point of view this is likely to be little short of a tragedy especially as we near winter with its overwhelming pressures on the NHS that could spark a deficit of drugs which would be disastrous.

And the drugs that we should be worrying about are antibiotics and acutely, the concern is around flu vaccines and any further setbacks moving us pretty close to the flu season and there’s a concern that transplant patients may be left without drugs that help them stop their bodies rejecting new organs.

immunosuppressant-drugs_thumb.jpg

Immunosuppression medications are important for these patients and for most people with epilepsy, their medicine management has to be finely tuned to maximise their seizure control and to reduce side effects.

One seizure and they quickly find they are no longer permitted to drive and their work or education may be affected because seizures can be deadly, plus all cancer treatments are essential and any suspension would be unacceptable.

There are further concerns supplies of radioisotopes, required to run scanners, could be hit which means that the diagnosis of cancers, heart problems and other fatal diseases could be missed and with the deficit of Hormone Replacement Therapy medications already gripping Britain, a rift in supplies from overseas could hit millions of women suffering the crippling effects of the menopause.

The menopause can be a particularly challenging time for women, so it’s crucial they have access to the medicine they require, especially as we head into winter. This is when pressure on the NHS is most intense and uncertainty grows around the fallout of a possible no-deal Brexit.

Prozac-001.jpg

The antidepressant drug Prozac is also in short supply and people with mental health problems who use medication to help manage their symptoms often rely on a range of treatments and people living with haemophilia rely on a clotting agent.

Without it, some would face the threat of life-threatening bleeds.

Crohn’s and Colitis UK chief executive Sarah Sleet said that easy access to drugs and treatments was essential for sufferers.

Without them, patients could get really sick and may need surgery needlessly with supplies of medicines crossing the Channel diminished by between 40 per cent and 60 per cent of current levels on the first day of Brexit.

Around three million packs of drugs reach the United Kingdom through ports with pharmaceutical firms and the Government having a listing of at-risk medications which are being kept top-secret to circumvent scaring the people and there are worries that even a brief duration of stay could prove disastrous.

There are thousands of drugs in this category and the most challenging areas might be those where different medications are used and patients can’t simply be safely switched between them and epilepsy medication would be an illustration of this and chemotherapy.

Clive Smith has to inject himself with factor VIII clotting agent three times a week to stop internal bleeds and the 38-year-old barrister from Ilkley, West Yorks said that when it comes to the border he hopes that medications will come first because without medicines his joints would begin to swell after a few days and could cause permanent damage and he would struggle to go to work or live his life and there’s a risk to his life because if he slipped and banged his head he could suffer an internal bleed.

The message to the Government is that they should not be playing politics with people’s lives!

landscape-1446727948-g-brain-112238767.jpg

Nicola Davies’s daughter Emma is severely epileptic and has severe learning disabilities. Emma, 37, lives in a home in Chalfont Saint Peter, Bucks and she takes a mixture of drugs of different dosages to manage her seizures. Emma has uncontrolled epilepsy which is especially troubling for her mother and it’s absolutely necessary they have a constant accumulation of medicine because these seizures can be life-threatening if Emma is not brought out of them.

Nancy Greig, 42, has ulcerative colitis and has had her colon removed. She wears a bag and she couldn’t leave the bathroom if she ran out of supplies of this product and deficits would make people like Emma prisoners in their own homes.

The health service project manager from Ayre, South Ayreshire, added: “I’ve also heard that my antidepressants are in short supply. You can’t just stop these things.

“I’m worried I’ll have a relapse and I won’t be able to function and pick up my son from nursery.”

And hospitals are reserving hotel rooms for staff so they can get to work in the case of a no-deal Brexit causing travel chaos with Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust making bookings across its area and East Kent NHS Trust which has rooms in place for the fortnight following October 31.

Neither would verify how many rooms were booked or for how many staff but Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust said the move would guarantee that they can continue their services reliably and efficiently under all circumstances and that they’ve reserved a small number of hotel rooms near to their emergency hospitals as a precautionary measure.

Trust-logo-for-A4.jpg

Elsewhere, Kent Community Health Foundation Trust is making arrangements for their staff to sleep at work and the South East Coast Ambulance Service is looking into accommodation for drivers and paramedics.

5d7a2425279d6f53b5b965ce_o_U_v1.jpg

So, those people who are still keen on Brexit following the Yellowhammer report, well, you’re simply cannon fodder for the wealthy Leave elite because do you honestly think that these billionaire Brexiters really care if these people get their medicine or not? Of course, they don’t, not one bit and their compassion will be in short supply because they only care about securing their offshore investments and they simply want us to be pawns in their foolish diversions.

The United Kingdom imports more than 37 million medicine packs from the EU every month. Sixty per cent of those are radiopharmaceuticals to tackle cancer which are shipped from the EU and have a short shelf life so they can’t withstand even a slight delay.

And even the Government are acknowledging that delays will be inevitable. People will die, but of course, not the billionaire Brexiters because they’ll have private helicopters for their own supplies but there are numerous commenters who are asserting that this is just fear-mongering, yet Operation Yellowhammer reports are coming directly from the Governments own advisers who are saying there will be drug deficits because consignments will be held up at customs for inspections at border ports, which by the way, are already overburdened and understaffed and without special arrangements the situation can’t be expected to continue as it is now, and common sense should tell people that setbacks are unavoidable but then common sense sadly appears to be in fairly short supply when it comes to the actualities of Brexit.

And if Britain does run out of life-saving medications that would be a major bonus for the degenerative Tories because thousands of more people will perish, therefore saving the Tories millions in benefits and pensions, hence paving the way for yet more tax evaders to settle here.

Before England entered the EU, we were dull, bigoted, pretentious, boring and still living in black and white. The banks shut at three, the shops closed at five and pubs shut at 10.30 pm. On Sundays and on Wednesday afternoons everything was shut and late-night television ended at midnight.

Food was bland, beer was warm, lager was trendy and wine was for the rich. Brandy and Babycham was a cocktail and everyone sipped tea, all the blasted time.

British cars looked terrible, were poorly constructed and you normally had to wait months for delivery because car makers were on strike.

Still, they were the good old days when women, children et cetera knew their place. There was seemingly no domestic violence, although a lot of women seemingly walked into doors.

There was no abuse or child molestation and if it did happen, it was their own fault for leading men on.

Everyone trusted bankers, businessmen, doctors, journalists, policemen, politicians, priests, and Rolf Harris and if you were wealthy, white, and a man in the United Kingdom it was a magnificent place to live in the late 1960s, early 1970s and Boris Johnson would have loved it!

The United Kingdom was way behind other bigger European nations in terms of economic development and the reasons for that were the damages of war and the immense political struggles within the United Kingdom, because the United Kingdom had a socialist administration following the war, which was opposed by the industry with big parts of the British economy sinking, for instance, the car industry which was one of the biggest in Europe.

On the other hand, the United Kingdom was relying on its dominant position in the commonwealth, importing inferior agricultural commodities from Australia and New Zealand and exporting industrial goods to these countries, however, many crown colonies became autonomous following World War II.

Shortly after the foundation of the EC in 1957, the United Kingdom recognised that they would be better off as an EC member, so they laboured laboriously to join the EC.

charles-de-gaulle-medium.jpg

In fact it was French president Charles de Gaulle who used his political weight to block these attempts because he didn’t want to have the United Kingdom play an important role in the EC, and the German administrations in the 1960s didn’t want to disrupt their alliance with France because the entire EC idea was based on the Montan-Union, a plan that was put together by German and Franch coal and steel in order to overcome the German-French hatred of preceding centuries, so originally the EC was a French idea, and Charles de Gaulle wanted it to stay that way.

However, the situation changed at the end of the 1960s when Charles de Gaulle left office in France and Germany got a new social-democrat chancellor Willy Brandt.

And in England, you could be poor but live a perfectly okay life. You could get a 9-5 position at the council, not really good pay, but job security and a reliable pension.

You could live in a perfectly reasonable small flat or house, in a reasonable area, amongst a number of other people such as your family and friends who weren’t seeking to transform the world every day and at a job interview you could just say ‘because I have to pay the bills’ and you didn’t have to pretend to be genuinely passionate about improving the world of supermarket shelf filling, or council form filling – it was okay to be ordinary.

There was employment for all and life was much more predictable than today as well as astounding music and youth culture because the population was on average much younger than today.

Old people were more disadvantaged due to inflation while younger people enjoyed inflation-related pay increases. Housing was cheap, but it was difficult to borrow money and the United Kingdom was a much less congested place as people emigrated more than they came and on the whole, the United Kingdom was a much happier and independent country.

The United Kingdom made all of its own rules and had a reasonably healthy economy, was a world leader and had a somewhat different position on immigration, but of course, that was 40 years ago and the world today is a vastly diverse place, so the United Kingdom wouldn’t necessarily walk out in the same position.

And we will presumably struggle if we crash out and curtailments will happen but whether we crash or not Boris Johnson and his offensive Tories are finished.

But this is real and most of our drugs come from Europe and no deal will lead to drastic deficits but our Government don’t care who suffers as long as they get what they want.

Medicines form a vital part of the care administered by the NHS and more than one billion items are distributed yearly through community pharmacies, and the total bill for medicines is more than £17 billion.

00_diabetes_if-you-re-diabetic-and-this-old-you-could-be-over-treated_569735008_maya-kruchankova.jpg

For patients with long-term conditions such as diabetes, asthma or schizophrenia, everyday medicines play a vital role in managing their health and wellbeing and we all know that someone with a regular prescription, whether it’s for these illnesses, or for blood pressure, heart problems or cancer, or whether it’s creams used for rashes or skin problems, everyone takes it for granted that they will be able to get their medicine when they need them.

But everything we take for granted is at risk as a consequence of Brexit and if there isn’t a rooted plan for managing supply, there could be deficits. So, let’s take a look at how drugs get from the factory to our neighbourhood pharmacy because this is, by its nature, an international business.

The vital components required are usually manufactured in India and the far east. These are then transported to production factories that turn them into pills and liquids that come in a prescribed form and many of the plants that furnish the United Kingdom are elsewhere in Europe.

From there, they’re shipped to wholesalers here in the United Kingdom who then distribute them to pharmacies and hospitals to be given to patients but the whole method has to be meticulously maintained to ensure that everything happens in a timely way, particularly for medicines with a short shelf life, such as lifesaving EpiPens needed for those with severe allergies, or those with special requirements, such as insulin, which needs to be kept at between 2C and 8C at all times.

The goods that benefit from free movement across Europe include medications and the pharmaceutical supply industry has modified itself to these arrangements so any big unexpected change, whether it’s leaving the customs union and single market, or negotiations breaking down resulting in no deal, has the potential to generate significant problems with stays at ports, raised costs and legal or regulatory differences amongst other issues.

Even as things stand, the process is a finely balanced one and at each step, things can and sometimes do go awry. For instance, in preparing the active ingredient there can be contamination, which means the whole batch has to be discarded.

And at the manufacturing stage, there might be an issue that occurs in its failing quality control and then having to be discarded. Or during transport to the wholesaler, the container may become too hot and the contents exceed the maximum recommended temperature, following which it may have to be destroyed.

Any of these kinds of problems can lead to a stay in stock, and subsequent deficits of selective drugs but when this occurs, as it does occasionally with a small number of drugs, the pharmacist may have to issue a short prescription in order to guarantee the maximum number of patients have access to the ready stock.

If the stock problem continues, the pharmacist will either speak to the prescriber to find an alternative or ask the patient to go back to the prescriber and at the moment, we can deal with these issues but they pale into nothingness compared to the problems Brexit has the potential to create.

Therefore, what are the solutions? Well, there’s some manufacturing capacity in the United Kingdom but not nearly enough to meet the entire country’s need for medicine.

Attempting to increase capacity can be done but would take a considerable amount of time, as any new plant needs to be approved for delivering high-quality, safe medications, with some, such as those that produce insulin, have extremely particular specifications and as a consequence, simply making more drugs here in the United Kingdom can’t be the solution.

There has been some debate about stockpiling, but the immediate question is how could such large amounts of medications be stored in suitable environments, remembering that some need to be kept cold.

Then there’s the problem of paying for the medicines because stockpiling lasting three months equates to about £4.5 billion, which is an unbelievable amount of money and pharmacies don’t get paid until the medications are dispensed and how can they afford to buy the amounts needed? That’s before you even get to the issue of shelf lives, which for some medications are short.

And if the Government and the NHS are serious about planning, then they must include community pharmacists who are used to dealing with these logistics and can support any decisions made because they’re a crucial component of the supply chain and are the final link to the patient and they may additionally have some room for storage, but there needs to be some definitive understanding of what this capacity is, how it can be used and how medications can be transferred between pharmacies in a timely and non-bureaucratic way and not involving pharmacists could lead to poor decisions that will impact on patient safety and patient care.

Finally, we must remember that medications are vital for the health and wellbeing of the population, especially the most defenceless segments of society and without timely access, yet more weight will be put on our hospitals through patients having emergencies due to a shortage of medicine.

Boris Johnson Mocks Extinction Rebellion Protesters

boris_johnson_0.jpg

Overbearing Boris Johnson unleashed an insulting assault on Extinction Rebellion protestors only a few yards from where they’d set up camp outside Downing Street.

The Prime Minister branded the enthusiastic activists nose-ringed, uncooperative crusties who were dirtying the road with their heaving hemp-smelling tents and speaking at the launch of a Margaret Thatcher biography in Whitehall’s Banqueting House, Boris Johnson claimed the 1980s Tory Prime Minister took climate change extremely seriously, long before Greta Thunberg.

His interesting criticisms came after he demanded the police use the full force of the law against climate protestors, days after his own activities were found unlawful by the Supreme Court.

Scotland Yard detained 280 demonstrators but scores more set up camp on Whitehall and 30,000 were expected to descend the metropolis.

Celebrity Ruby Wax was one of the many well-known faces taking part in the demonstration at Trafalgar Square, along with starlet Juliet Stevenson and models Daisy Lowe and Arizona Muse.

The Prime Minister’s official spokesperson said that people had the right to protest peacefully but that they must do so within the law because it was essential that people could continue to go about their business getting to and from work, visiting families and to have access to vital public services including emergency services, hospitals and schools.

Apparently, people are allowed to have a peaceful protest as long as it doesn’t extend to unlawful activity, yet the police took a firm stand against these protestors who were allegedly obstructing the lives of others.

It appears that the Prime Minister can’t do anything but mock people, perhaps it’s his way of using them for deflection and it seems that the mop-headed, misogynistic and pathological liar would sooner see the ecosystem breakdown than see his wealth and privilege affected.

Boris Johnson is a traitor, lives in a fine house, travels to work in a detailed car, uses fuel, utilities, telephones, heating, bedding, beds, clothing, furniture, footwear and computers. He has his bins collected, street lighting, the list is infinite, oh, and he believes he has the freedom to insult people.

Of course, Carbon Dioxide causing Global Warming was merely a theory but has been interpreted as fact because of course, it fits the political program and the views of the environmentalists and the Hadcrut4 data which was the go-to source for temperature readings were not fit for purpose and was full of school-boy errors as an Audit of the data found.

CO2 follows temperature change by a delay of 800 years and never has and never will drive climate because the sun drives temperature fluctuations on the planet and sea levels have not increased as they said they would and that’s just the tip of the iceberg.

The fibbers are the politicians seeking to take us into collectivism and neo-feudalism through the deception of a man-made climate change.

Of course, our climate is changing, as it always has, but climate change aids to comfort a specific kind of person or groups of people who have now added Global Warming to our religions and beliefs and it satisfies their need and it’s a crusade to persuade others to convert to another’s ideas.

But it’s about understanding the broader picture of evolution and this planet that we live on with some people believing that the human race is the end of the evolutionary process, when actually, it’s only part of the journey and really, no one can really say how far this planet is along the evolutionary time scale but what can be said is that the human race will have been gone and forgotten by the end of this planets life.

Sadly, there’s actually nothing us humans can do to change the destiny of this planet, it’s as certain as death itself and it will come when the sun burns itself out and explodes, transforming this planet into dust.

And some of us might not support the Extinction Rebellion but Boris Johnson calling them names only shows how utterly immature he is and that he’s a real embarrassment to our country and the polar ice caps might be melting but it’s been melting for numerous decades now and what will be, will be – honestly ask T Rex, the sabre tooth tiger and the woolly mammoth.

Toilet Paper Makers Warn No-Deal Brexit

610wTyRDVqL._SX385_.jpg

A no-deal Brexit may lead to deficits of at least one household essential, toilet roll because some toilet paper supplies might not endure long-term border delays or panic buying in the event of Britain crashing out of the EU.

CPD09313-01.jpg

Essity, which produces the Velvet and Cushelle toilet paper labels for the UK market, said it was developing robust emergency plans across its supply chain to cope with no deal, but cautioned that stocks were not limitless.

The company produces tissue in the United Kingdom and said it had built stocks of raw materials and spare parts to ensure supply in the event of short term border delays. It’s also holding stocks of finished products that are imported or exported between the United Kingdom and the EU.

Official_portrait_of_Jonathan_Edwards_crop_2.jpg

The company’s comments followed Plaid Cymru MP Jonathan Edwards using a written question in Parliament to ask ministers for details on how long stocks of toilet paper will last in a no-deal situation and the Cabinet Office minister Simon Hart said the UK Government was striving to ensure the best possible preparation to maintain the flow of goods, a response that Jonathan Edwards labelled as farcical given the absence of assurances.

Logo_Essity_4C_front_large.png

As far as possible, Essity is developing strong contingency plans across the entirety of their supply chain to alleviate any short term risks following a no-deal or hard deal of the EU but in the event of a no-deal, the Government will prioritise the movement of goods at the border while proceeding to take a risk-based approach to controls and checks on goods to reduce further friction.

But Mr Edwards said that this was the farcical level that we’ve fallen to and the British Government can no longer or even ensure we have the needed supplies of toilet paper in a crash-out Brexit because the Government are already willing to flush the economy down the toilet, but now we won’t have the paper to clean up after.

And as much as this revelation lends itself to toilet entertainment, it displays the grave destruction a no-deal Brexit would do, even to our most fundamental supplies but of course, MPs won’t run short of bum wipe because they all talk a load of crap anyway but don’t panic there are loads of copies of the Labour manifesto available because quite honestly this country is going down the pan.

Jennifer Arcuri Had Secret Codename For Boris Johnson

skynews-jennifer-arcuri-boris-johnson_4797844.jpg

Jennifer Arcuri has confessed she had a codename for Boris Johnson that was intended to conceal their friendship when he rang her on the telephone.

The tech enterpriser saved the top Tory as ‘Alexander the Great’ after the Ancient Greek military leader and it came as she refused seven times to deny any sexual relationship with Boris Johnson but denied he granted her favours when he was the Mayor of London.

And she said that they swapped numbers after she met him during public events and that they instantly bonded over their shared appreciation of classic literature and evidently he wanted to be able to talk to her directly, so she gave him her number and that was that.

The first communication was when she was out with her friends and the call came in and her friends said that she couldn’t have his number because his privacy had to be safeguarded, so she put him under a codename.

But tech guru and former model Ms Arcuri blasted into the headlines after it surfaced she was given access to three foreign trade trips and that she had Boris speak at four of her events when he was the Mayor of London.

GettyImages-1165930078-714x476.jpg

Boris Johnson had 24 hours to give details of their relationship to a conflict of interests probe in the London Assembly whose precepts prevent complementary treatment to friends but the Prime Minister claimed there was no interest to declare and has been referred to the police complaints body to evaluate whether he should face a criminal investigation.

But despite the top-level access, which started after they met in October 2011, Ms Arcuri asserted that Boris Johnson never gave her favouritism and she repeatedly declined to dismiss claims by acquaintances that she had a sexual relationship with the 55-year-old Prime Minister.

She also refused to say how many times Boris Johnson visited her Shoreditch flat, which contained an office and a pole dancing pole and she revealed that the new Prime Minister ask her to show him a few things on the pole.

So, they immediately bonded over their respective love of classic literature, sounds more like Fifty Shades of Grey, I wonder what shade of grey this series is from? Now I need a cup of cappuccino to read this scandalous romance.

And why would her friends claim that she had to have a codename for him? Undoubtedly there’s more than one Boris in London, and if you noticed the name Boris on someone’s phone you wouldn’t instantly leap to the conclusion that it was the Mayor of London.

Clearly, she’d been chatting to her friends about him for them to assume that stance, and she must have told them that there was rather more to it than simply showing him which buttons to press but then who cares, because Boris Johnson is human just like the rest of us – as long as he’s not giving away taxpayers money.

Boris Johnson Will Dare Queen To Sack Him

skynews-boris-johnson-downing-street_4795099.jpg

Beleaguered Boris Johnson will dare the Queen to dismiss him rather than quit over Brexit and it’s said that the Prime Minister is prepared to squat in 10 Downing Street even if he loses a no-confidence vote in his government and it’s alleged that he will further attempt to stay if he’s found in contempt of court for trying to push through a no-deal Brexit on October 31.

image-placeholder-title.jpg

And unless the police turn up at the doors of 10 Downing Street with a warrant for the Prime Minister’s detention, he won’t be going anywhere and the last time a monarch canned a Prime Minister was under William IV in 1834 but a senior Cabinet minister said with conviction that this won’t happen if the Prime Minister breaks convention and attempts to stay.

Instead, it’s believed that the monarch will suspend Parliament and call for a general election, which is precisely what Boris Johnson wants and if this is correct, the acts of defiance would plunge Britain into a constitutional dilemma as Boris Johnson insists Brexit will happen on Halloween, despite a law commanding the requests for a delay.

The Prime Minister unveiled a new Brexit proposal last week for two borders in Northern Ireland but with EU figures sceptical, the focus could now shift within days to a no-deal and under the Benn Act, Boris Johnson must ask EU leaders for a three-month stay on October 19 if he fails to get a deal.

Court papers subsequently verified he would comply but then the Prime Minister then personally interceded and said that it would be a New deal or no deal, but no delay and now there are reports that he will send the letter but attempted to undermine the EU at the same time, by prohibiting its 2021-27 budget or sending a renegade British commissioner like Nigel Farage to Brussels.

But seeking to get around the law could leave the Prime Minister in contempt of court and opposing the will of MPs could lead to a vote of no-confidence from Parliament and for the first time in the Queen’s reign she solicited input on dismissing a Prime Minister.

And Boris Johnson insisted that Britain WILL pack its bags and walk out at the end of the month, but acknowledged Europe may not cheerily wave us off with a deal, describing his plan for an agreement as a reasonable compromise that gives ground where needed and said that it represents the United Kingdom jumping to the island in the middle of the river.

And Boris Johnson said that if we leave with a deal, we presently need the EU to hop over from its side and join us there, showing its own readiness to do a deal that the UK Parliament can support but the EU’s chief Brexit negotiator Michel Barnier emitted scorn on the possibility of the new proposal working.

Barnier,_Michel-9568.jpg

And Michel Barnier told an event in Paris that if they didn’t change that he didn’t believe on the basis of the mandate that he’s been given by the EU27, that they can advance and he said that a no-deal outcome would never be Europe’s choice in an attempt to shift the blame and that it would always be the UKs choice, not theirs.

jeremy-corbyn-1187947.jpg

The Prime Minister, meanwhile, described Jeremy Corbyn as a serial wannabe Brexit-wrecker but said he has been encouraged to discover not all MPs are so recalcitrant in backing the proposal. He further stated that MPs from every division of his own Conservative Party, from Northern Ireland’s DUP, even from Jeremy Corbyn’s own ranks, have said that their proposal deals look like one they could get behind and that where the previous Withdrawal Agreement, backstop and all, forced an intense spearhead through the core of Parliament, he’s heard nothing but positive sonances from across the House.

He said it would be more reasonable for the EU to accept Britain’s outstretched hand and make that leap on to the island if he’s armed with a set of proposals MPs support and he continued: “So I say to our European friends: grasp the opportunity that our new proposals provide. Join us at the negotiating table in a spirit of compromise and co-operation and let’s make Brexit work for both sides”.

He said that we’re leaving and that we can do it with a deal if the EU is willing but that they should be under no illusion or misapprehensions, there will be no more dither and that there will be no more delay and that on October 31 they’re going to get Brexit done.

Well, this illusion certainly appears to make Boris Johnson happy in his world full of pixies, fairies, hobgoblins and leprechauns and Boris Johnson really is a clown and he has no mandate to squat in No 10 Downing Street if he doesn’t sustain a vote of confidence and he positively doesn’t have the mandate to upset the Queen, in fact, he’s a premium chucklehead.

And now the preponderance of people have woken up to the fact that Brexit isn’t the land of milk and honey that was promised and much has transpired since then and only the trustful Brexidiots fanatics still believe that most of the country still want Brexit.

I think everyone is truly sick to the back teeth of all of this and they should revoke Article 50 now and the female voter in Boris Johnson’s constituency had in it in one when she portrayed him as a ‘Filthy piece of toerag’, and even though it was pretty near to the point and seemingly very true this wasn’t a particularly grown-up response.
